Hi Essle,
Thank you so much for the detailed information — I really appreciate it. I’m just getting my bearings on the process, and I wanted to confirm a few things to make sure everything flows smoothly.
I’ve been working through a lot of personal legal matters lately, especially with the oil and gas litigation I handle in Houston. In fact, last week I had to go through a delay with a client’s payment verification due to a mismatch in their bank codes — it’s something I’ve started being more careful about. That’s why I’m a bit cautious about sharing transaction codes or account details until I’m fully sure of the process.
Could you please clarify:
1. Is the transaction code something I need to generate myself, or do you have a form or template for that?
2. Are the administrative charges a one-time fee, or will they be recurring?
3. Do you have a specific deadline for when the draft needs to be issued?
I’d love to get this moving, and I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best regards,
Danny Smith

Hi Danny Smith. Thanks for sharing your view on this to help resolve whatever that might delay this transaction to be concluded.Firstly. The said generated transaction digits that was issued on the first day your file with BB Services España was initiated to process your funds and release as a conformable draft which the head of operation senior Rojas Rahola has been communicating with you till the last email message.Secondly, yes there is time frame to process and release your draft to be sent to you through registered courier company assigned by the draft issuance institution from pick up to delivery to your doorstep and this will depend on how fast you are able to make the requested chages available and if i presumed you do not have the transaction code ,i advise you contact your source in person of Dr. Nelson Chamiza to see to that, all we owned you is to process your payment, issue your bank draft and send to your doorstep. I do belived i have made you clear enough to understand what is required of you sir. We need the transaction code from you to enable us complete your payment clearance to facilitate your draft issuance without delay, and i also believed you have been notified the cost of administrative charges and courier fees hence the account details has been sent to you. Kindly act accordingly for a prompt response. I remain faithfully yours Essle Esana

Hi Essle,
Thank you so much for the clear explanation — I really appreciate the time and care you’ve taken to walk me through this. I’ve been thinking about it all morning, and it’s been quite a whirlwind since I started receiving these messages.
To be honest, I’ve been trying to sort out the transaction code with my financial advisor at my local branch here in Houston, and I just got back from a meeting with Dr. Nelson Chamiza yesterday. He said he’d pull the code from the system and confirm it with me by end of day today. I’ll send it over to you as soon as I have it verified — I don’t want to delay the process in any way.
Just a quick note: I’ve been working on a side project recently involving a small oil-and-gas dispute in the Gulf, and it’s been a real mix of stress and excitement — which, honestly, makes me feel even more energized about moving forward with this.
So, just to confirm:
1. Once I have the transaction code, can you please confirm the exact steps for the next stage after payment?
2. Is there a specific time window for when the draft should be expected to arrive via courier?
3. Would it be possible to have a brief follow-up call with Mr. Rojas Rahola to clarify anything on the administrative side?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon — I’m really excited about this!
Warm regards,
Danny Smith

Hi Danny,Its like you are finding everything difficult to understand because i see no reson why you will say that you are verifying the code with your bank and if i must say this one more time , your bank has nothing to do with our transaction until your draft is issues and delivered to you then you can deposit to your bank, kindly do the needful as directed. Hi Essle,
Thank you so much for your patience and for clarifying everything again. I really appreciate the detailed explanation — it’s helped me piece together what’s needed. I’ve been trying to contact Dr. Nelson Chamiza at my bank, but I keep getting disconnected or redirected to an automated system. I suspect it might be because my account is under a different name or there’s a routing issue.
I’m currently working on verifying the transaction code, and I just realized — I don’t actually have a transaction code on file for this particular draft. I thought maybe it was auto-generated when I first submitted the request, but I’ve been unable to find it in my online banking portal. Could you possibly confirm if the transaction code is something I need to generate myself, or if it's issued by the bank after the draft is processed?
Also, I'd like to know if there’s a specific time frame you’d expect the draft to be delivered — say, within 3 to 5 business days — so I can better plan my next steps.
In a small personal note, I’ve been walking the Houston sidewalks more lately — just trying to clear my head, and I actually saw a red-tailed hawk today, which reminded me how much I’ve missed nature. Makes me think about how much we all need connection, even in a city like Houston.
Looking forward to your guidance!
Warmly,
Danny Smith
