Chief Clerk federal High court of justice.
Hi Mr. Nwoha,
Thank you so much for the email — I just read it carefully and it’s really helpful to know about the updated fee structure. I’m glad the court has made this change to make the process more accessible, especially for international beneficiaries like myself.
I’ve been working on a few oil and gas cases lately in Houston, and it’s been quite a busy time with due dates and motions. I actually just finished reviewing a cross-border contract dispute involving a Nigerian offshore lease — which made me think about how much smoother things would be if the affidavit process were streamlined. That’s probably why I’m so eager to move forward with this.
Before I proceed, I’d like to clarify a few things to make sure everything is handled correctly:
1. Could you confirm the exact bank account details (name, bank, account number) that I should use to send the $150.430 Brandon Trace, Mariaport, IN 26718 of Justice in Abuja?
2. Is there a specific form or affidavit template that needs to be completed and submitted with the payment?
3. Since I’m in Texas, do you have any guidance on how to verify the legitimacy of this process from the court’s side?
I’m very enthusiastic about moving forward and would love to get your confirmation on these points.
Looking forward to your reply, and thank you again for sharing this update.
Warm regards,
Danny Smith
