Good day, Barrister Richard Lawrence, Thank you so much for reaching out — I appreciate you taking the time to follow up. I did receive a notification from the bank yesterday, though I’ve been meaning to respond promptly, and I’m truly sorry for the delay. I’ve been working through a few personal matters, including trying to schedule a meeting with my neighbor about the new street lighting in our block — it’s been a bit of a logistical challenge with the city council’s new approval process. Regarding your message, I’d like to confirm: could you please clarify what specific details the bank sent regarding the ATM card readiness? For instance, was it a formal confirmation email or a text message? Also, do you have the bank’s official name and branch location associated with this card? And just to make sure I’m aligned — is the card being issued for personal use or for a specific transaction purpose, like a business check or fuel payments? I’m genuinely excited about this development, especially since I’ve been thinking about setting up a more secure financial system for my home office and side investments. I’d love to get all the details straight before I share the bank message you requested. Good day, Barrister Richard Lawrence, Thank you for the detailed clarification — I truly appreciate the time and care you've taken in explaining the process. I did receive the bank notification yesterday, and it was actually a formal email from Access Bank’s digital services team, sent around 3:17 PM. The subject line read: “ATM Card Issuance Confirmation – Personal Account – Account No. 123456789.” It included a reference number and a link to a secure portal where I can verify the status. I’ve just gone back and rechecked the message — it mentioned that the card is an international Mastercard, valid for both ATM withdrawals and point-of-sale transactions. That’s fantastic! I’ve been thinking about setting up a more secure system for my home office, especially with all the remote work and oil market fluctuations I’ve been tracking lately. Just to confirm: is the fund approval paper a standard document that can be signed electronically, or do we need a physical presence at the bank for the signing? Also, do you have the exact name of the branch where the signing will take place — perhaps in Lagos or another Nigerian location? I’ve been meaning to visit my cousin in Lagos for a family reunion next month, so if it’s possible, I’d be happy to coordinate something around that time. Lastly, I’m curious — when you say “shipping fees,” are these being charged directly by the bank or are they being managed through your office? I’d like to ensure there’s no hidden cost that might affect my personal finances. Looking forward to your guidance.
