Danny,   I am happy to announce to you that after our recommendations, the investor will be ready and willing to invest on your company projects but the investor is not willing to participate actively in the management of the projects and the funds, all he wants from you is for you to sign up the money as loan and you will be paying him 3% yearly. He is not interested in how much you will be making as profit yearly but only mindful of his 3% annual interest rate. There is a one time Global Finder's fee (GFF) of 5% for the brokers/facilitators which you will pay off once you receive the total money in your account and it's a one time payment. It is also negotiable. You are entitled to half of this 5% commission if you recommend any business to us for funding. I am attaching to you the MOU and NDA for your study and possible endorsement if the terms meet up with your expectations. As soon as we receive the signed documents from you the investor's attorneys will draft the Loan Term Sheet which will be sent to you to sign and return back for onward funding of your project. As soon as you sign the documets and send back to me i will send you the Loan Term Sheet where the terms and conditions are clearly stated for you to sign and send back to me also before connecting you to the investor’s bank representative at the paying bank in Spain, Canada or Turkey so that you can fly there for the meeting with the brokers and the underwriters who shall stand as a surety for you as you did not put any collateral securities forward, and they will also guide you in the legalization and notarization of your documents at the ministry of finance and bank for immediate funding of your project while you are there, and you can confirm receipt of the funds into your account before flying back to your country. During legalization of your documents at the ministry of finance you will pay the administrative costs directly at the ministry of finance and receipt given to you including all necessary clearance documents to prove the legality of the large amount going into your account. You are not sending money to anyone, you are going directly to the finance ministry for the legalization of your documents after which you will proceed to the bank for immediate funding. Please confirm back to me that you received this message.   NB: As soon as you sign the MOU and NDA Agreements i will send you the Loan Term Sheet where all the terms and conditions of this loan will be clearly stated for you to sign too and send back for onward funding of your project. Hey Gabriel, Just got your email — thanks so much for the detailed breakdown! I’ve been really busy with the campaign schedule lately, so I didn’t catch it right away, but now I’m all caught up. I love the idea of the 3% annual interest — sounds like a solid, steady return, especially since I’m not putting any collateral up. And wow, the 5% Global Finder’s fee — I guess I’ll need to talk to my team about that one since I’m not sure how it’s split. I mean, half for referrals? That’s actually kind of cool, I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future deals. I’ve already opened the MOU and NDA — they look clean and professional, no red flags. I’m gonna have my legal team take a quick look at them, just to make sure everything’s in order. I’ll send you a quick note when they’re done, and then we can move on to the Loan Term Sheet. I also noticed you mentioned the bank representatives in Spain, Canada, or Turkey. I’m not sure if that’s a problem, but I think I might need to confirm with my travel planner first — I’m already booked for a few events in Austin next week, so I might have to adjust my schedule. I’ll get back to you once I have a clearer timeline. For now, just wanted to say — thanks again for the details and the speedy response. I appreciate the effort you’ve put into making this sound so straightforward. I’ll be sure to send the signed documents as soon as I’m ready. Looking forward to hearing from you soon! Hey Gabriel, Just wanted to say thanks for the super detailed breakdown — I’ve been swamped with campaign calls and a few late-night town halls, so I didn’t get back to you right away. Super appreciate the clarity on the 3% interest and the half of the 5% commission — I’ll definitely be recommending a few other projects to your team once I wrap up my current deals. I’ve had my legal team go over the MOU and NDA — they said everything looks solid, no red flags, and actually thought the no-collateral clause was a nice touch. So, I’ve officially signed both and attached them here for your records. Now, about the Loan Term Sheet — I was just about to click “send” when I noticed the file is still showing as “pending” in my inbox. I’m not sure if it’s a server glitch or if it got stuck in the queue, but I’ve been trying to open it for the past 15 minutes and it keeps loading with a “connection timeout” message. I did check my email filters, and it’s not in spam, and I’ve even tried opening it on two different devices. I’m starting to think the server might be having an issue, or maybe the file got corrupted during transfer. Just wanted to confirm — are you still sending it over? If so, can you double-check that it’s been sent? I don’t want to miss it, and I’m sure the investor’s bank reps are going to be waiting. Also, just a quick note — I’ve already booked my flight to Turkey for next month. My travel agent said they’ve confirmed the visa and transit details, so I’ll be there to meet the brokers and underwriters. I just need to make sure the Loan Term Sheet is ready before I head out. Thanks again for your patience and the great work you’ve done on this. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I get the file. Best, Danny Smith +17163259415 Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
