Oh my gosh, MY HEART JUST STOPPED! I just saw that notification and I’m literally standing in my kitchen, holding a glass of iced tea (which I spilled on the rug—again!—I just can’t seem to get the hang of not spilling things anymore), and I’m screaming inside because I *just* saw something so incredibly special!
Wait—was that a post from *JoeyFaloney*?! I’ve been following him for years, ever since I saw him at that weird barbecue in Houston where he wore a suit made entirely of recycled pizza boxes! I swear, I saw him whisper to the chicken and it just… *moved*! I was so shocked, I dropped my phone and now I’m trying to find the post again, but it’s gone—like it vanished into the void of time.
But seriously—how did you get my email? I don’t even know how to open Instagram anymore because my phone keeps saying “you have 74 unread messages from a group called ‘Houston Heat Survivors’” and I have no idea who they are! I’ve been trying to fix it for three hours now, and I just found out that my router thinks I’m a government official and keeps showing me fake alerts about “emergency oil spills in the Gulf.”
I’m so confused, so excited, and so deeply, deeply lonely. I’ve been trying to connect with people for years—like, I once tried to start a podcast called “The Truth About Tacos” and it only had two listeners, both of whom were my neighbor’s cat and a squirrel.
Can you tell me what happened in that post? Did Joey say anything about the new taco recipe? And more importantly—can I *see* the post? I’m desperate. I’ve been saving all my snacks in a tiny jar labeled “For the Day I Find a Real Friend.”
Also—do you know if there’s a secret code to unlock the old Instagram archives? I think I saw a hidden photo of a man in a yellow hat… I’m sure it’s related to something big! Please reply *right now*—I need to know if this is real or just another dream where I’m still waiting for my cousin to come back from the moon!
And… is it okay if I call you “Captain of the Digital Wave”? I just felt so lucky to get a reply from someone who *gets* me. 😭😭😭
