Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email and for your interest. I would like to take this opportunity to introduce our company, Expert Holding AG ("EH"), a well-established investment and finance firm based in Switzerland. With offices in Switzerland and Kuwait, we are currently in the process of setting up a new office in Dubai
Our incorporation details are below for your due diligence:
Commercial register ID for Expert Holding AG: CH-020-3908357-8
Unique enterprise identification number (UID) : CHE-100.111.491
VAT for Expert Holding AG: CHE-440.507.939 MWST
Expert Holding AG was incorporated on July 5th, 1990, and has since built a reputation for providing specialized investment opportunities in both capital investment and project financing. Our company operates mainly in two sectors: Expert Capital, which focuses on equity investments within Switzerland, and Expert Project Finance, which is dedicated to debt financing outside of Switzerland.
Regarding the transaction, I would like to emphasize that the process is completely legal, as the funds involved represent excess returns on investment/capital project funds. My intention is to have these funds invested into your company or into any viable business you may recommend, as I believe it would be a profitable venture. I trust your expertise, and therefore I will rely on your judgment to manage the implementation of the project, including identifying the most suitable location in your country to commence operations.
I will require your valuable assistance in the following areas:
Representation and Receipt of Funds:
I will need you to act on my behalf as the receiver of the funds into your account. This is currently the only acceptable channel for transferring the funds out of my country As agreed, you will receive a designated percentage, and you will also manage my share of the funds under your supervision.
Investment Implementation:
Once the funds have been transferred and securely confirmed in your Bank account, I am in support of any long-term or short-term investment program you propose. Investing through your company or within your country is an excellent opportunity, based on your financial insights. The investment plan will be executed once the funds are safely in your custody.
Please state your terms and conditions, as well as the regulatory requirements for foreign investment in your country. Your country remains an under-explored investment destination in our economic analysis, and with your expertise, I am confident that we can achieve substantial progress together.
I look forward to your timely response so that I may review your proposals for further consideration. Your expertise in this investment program is highly valued.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration.
I look forward to your favorable reply.
Sayyid

Hi Sayyid,
Thanks so much for the detailed info — I’ve gone through your company’s registration details, and it’s actually quite impressive how long Expert Holding AG has been operating. I’m especially intrigued by the project finance side, given my background in oil and gas litigation. I’ve worked on several international deals where debt structures and cross-border compliance are key — so this could be a real opportunity to bring something solid to the table.
Just to clarify, when you say the funds are "excess returns on investment," do you mean they’re from a project like a pipeline or energy infrastructure? And if so, could you share more about the nature of the project — say, whether it’s renewable or traditional hydrocarbons? That would help me understand the risk profile and regulatory landscape better.
Also, I’m wondering — is the Dubai office currently in active setup, or is this still in planning stages? I’ve been meaning to look into the UAE’s foreign investment rules for energy-related ventures, and if this is already under development, I’d love to help navigate the permitting process.
I’ve been working on a side project lately — a small solar farm in East Texas — and I’ve been thinking about how to expand it with partners. If this could tie into something like that, I’d be genuinely excited to explore it further.
Looking forward to your thoughts!

Dear Danny Smith,
Thank you for your prompt response - First of all I would like to reassure you of my commitment to work with you, sincerely speaking your honesty and trustworthiness has never been in doubt
The amount is US$114,000,000.00 which is stemmed out of excess return on Investment /Capital Fund deposited in the Bank. The fund is still intact with excess return of over 50% added to the capital. This is the reason why I contacted you so that we can use your foreign participation to move the fund out of here to your country.
Once the fund is in your Bank account, I am in support of investing the fund into an Existing Business or Real Estate Business as long as it will profit us immensely.
In order to kick off the project, I will like you to provide your personal details such as Full names ,Address, Direct telephone number and Passport copy so that I can instruct my attorney to prepare an Agreement/Mou which we will both sign a memorandum of understanding to secure our participation rights as we do not know each other very well except on trust and besides money is involved too.
I hope this satisfies your inquiry, upon your reply, we will proceed immediately.
Thank you,
Sayyid,

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed response — I really appreciate the clarity you've provided. I’ve been thinking about the oil and gas angle, especially with your mention of project finance, and it’s fascinating how much overlap there is with the kind of work I’ve done in cross-border energy disputes.
To follow up on your questions: yes, I believe the project likely involves traditional hydrocarbons — given the scale of the fund (US$114 million) and the fact that it’s a capital project with excess returns. That makes me think of something like a pipeline or upstream development, possibly in a region with high demand and stable infrastructure. I’d love to know more about the project’s location — is it in a country with mature energy markets, or is it a frontier area with untapped potential?
Also, I noticed you mentioned the Dubai office is in active setup — that’s excellent news. I’ve been looking into the UAE’s foreign investment rules, and while there’s strong support for energy projects, the regulatory approvals can be quite layered, especially around environmental and local content requirements. Would you be able to confirm whether the project has already secured preliminary permits or is still in the planning stage?
Lastly, I’ve been exploring small-scale solar farms in East Texas, and while they’re promising, they don’t quite match the scale of what you’re offering. Still, I’m curious — could there be a hybrid model where a portion of the fund is used for green energy projects while the rest goes into a more traditional hydrocarbon venture? That might offer a balanced risk profile.
I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of working together — and I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you for sending over the MOU specimen — I’ve gone through it carefully and appreciate the clarity and structure. It’s actually quite professionally drafted, which reassures me that this isn’t just a casual outreach. I can see how it’s designed to protect both parties, especially given the trust-based nature of the transaction.
I’m still a bit curious about the project’s location — if it’s in a frontier region, that might mean more risk in terms of political stability or infrastructure, but also more upside in terms of upside potential. Could you possibly share a bit more about the geographic focus? Is it in a region like the Gulf, Africa, or perhaps the US Midwest where there’s growing demand for infrastructure?
Also, I noticed in your original email you mentioned “excess returns on investment” — is that tied to a specific project type, like a refinery, a pipeline, or a field development? If it’s a field, I’m wondering about the reserves — are they proven or contingent? That would help me better assess the risk and how it might align with my experience in oil and gas litigation.
Lastly, I’ve been reflecting on how personal this feels — I’ve been sitting alone in my Houston apartment for the past few weeks, and I’ve actually been thinking about starting a small community energy initiative with local investors. If this project could be adapted into something like that — with a mix of traditional and clean energy — I’d be genuinely excited to explore it further.
I’m truly looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Dear Danny,
Many thanks to your email. It is important you learn that no risk is attached to this transaction because all the documentations and clearances are intact and llegal, so do not fear the law. It will take its normal course and the Swiss Bank will follow their due processes.
My attorney has started the legal action.
1:He has gone to the Supreme Court to get the Agreement/Mou in Hard Copy for signing.
2:Secondly,Here attachment are the Inducement agreement and the transfer application letter which my attorney forwarded to the Paying Bank on your behalf for the fund process and transfer to your Bank account.
Please I kindly request you to check if your datas are correct to ensure uninterrupted goodwork from the Bank.
Thank you for being a valued partner and I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you so much for the update — I’ve been reviewing the documents you shared, and I must say, the level of detail and legal structure is impressive. I’m especially reassured by the mention of the Supreme Court involvement and the clear documentation trail. It gives me real confidence that this isn’t just a speculative offer, but a structured, legally sound process.
I’ve been sitting in my apartment a lot lately, trying to stay active, and actually started thinking about how energy projects can serve both economic and community goals. I’ve been talking with a few neighbors about building a small microgrid in the East End — solar and battery storage, maybe even some shared EV charging. If this fund could be used in a way that supports local development — say, a mix of green and traditional infrastructure — that would be a powerful way to build trust and deliver real value.
To help move things forward, could you please confirm the project’s geographic focus again — is it in the Gulf, Africa, or perhaps a more mature market like Canada or the US Midwest? Also, just to be clear, are the reserves tied to the project proven or contingent? And if possible, could you share the name of the project or any identifying details so I can do a quick cross-check with energy market data?
I’m genuinely excited about the possibility — and I’d love to help ensure everything runs smoothly from a legal and operational standpoint.

Dear Mr.Danny,
I sincerely appreciate your help with the project. I wish to inform you that after several meetings held today by the Bank Manager of UBS Bank and my attorney. The Bank said your presence will be needed in Switzerland as this is the only possible way this Fund can leave Switzerland Bank to your USA account which will give us a swift/clean transfer of the fund to United States for future Investment.
Because we are not permitted to participate in a foreign transaction of this nature by the Government Code of Conduct AND also if the transfer is made out from my Swiss account to your USA account, our Government will notice that I am behind the fund transfer which will lead to trace of the fund from the Payment System.
Based on this, your presence will be needed in Switzerland. Once you arrive in Switzerland, the transfer modalities will be initiated immediately, such as UBS Bank will follow a given instructions on the legal documents and use the fund to open an online Checking account in your name with their Bank to enable the fund to enter officially into their Banking system in your name, from there will be further to your USA account without any hitches, as soon as they wire the fund to you, a copy of the transfer slip will be provided to you for the fund reflection and confirmation which will take only 48 hours.
The transfer is going to be ACCOUNT TO ACCOUNT TRANSFER, from an account you are going to open in your name with the Swiss Bank to your USA Account .The new account with the Swiss Bank will serve as a TRANSFER WINDOW from where the transfer will be made to USA
An Account-to-Account wire Transfer" is one of the best and safest modes to remit huge Funds internationally as it is absolutely different from the usual swift transfer which takes longer time. Most Banks within the Republic Of Malaysia, America, Europe and other developed countries operate with the "Account to Account Wire Transfer" for international transfers because it is a recent innovation in the Banking industry.
After the successful transfer of the funds to your USA Account, I will fly down to USA to meet with you to discuss the Investment plan such as disbursement of the fund as I have considered it a profitable venture and I know with your wide experience, we can go too far.
I will anticipate your favorable response -as I now look forward to your urgent follow up.
Thank you
Sayyid

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I truly appreciate the transparency and the effort you’ve put into outlining the process. I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of meeting in Switzerland and eventually working together on this project. It’s a bit of a leap for me, since I’ve never been there before, but I’m ready to take the next step.

Also, just to confirm: the Swiss account will be opened in my name, and once funds are transferred, they’ll go directly to my U.S. bank account — correct? I’m assuming this is a secure, traceable process, and that the U.S. bank will provide a formal wire confirmation. If so, could you please share the name of the U.S. bank and the account number that will be used for the final transfer? That way I can make sure everything is properly set up on my end.
I’ve also been wondering — when you say you’ll fly down to the U.S. after the transfer, is there a specific city or region you’d prefer to meet in? I’ve been thinking of Dallas or Austin, both of which are close to my office and have good infrastructure for business meetings.

Dear Mr. Danny Smith
This is the progress my attorney has made from the UBS Bank today. According to the several meetings held by the Manager of the Bank and my attorney, It will be difficult to open a Online Non-residential account in your name with their Bank( UBS Bank) BECAUSE you do not have a registered company with a Tax record in Swiss or Resident permit.
And secondly, due to the recent Banking policies/Law placed on Swiss Banks against huge transfers of funds to their customers because of the recent gulf crisis in order checkmate using funds to sponsor terrorism.
Based on this ,the UBS Bank has decided to use the service of their Payment center/Substation in Athens -Greece to complete the transfer to you. The Piraeus Bank, Greece will be given the mandate to carry out the fund transfer to you so that you can have foreign immunity to open an Online account in your name with them and also transfer the fund to your USA account very easily without any hitches.
Once you arrive in Greece, the Online account will be opened in your name with the Piraeus Bank with the help of the Bank's agent. The Swiss Bank will assign one of their agents who will travel to Greece to assist us in all Banking processes with Piraeus Bank Greece because he has a Banking connection all over the world .This online account is going to be an "Online checking account" which will contain this Volume of amount or above and offer access to your money for your daily transactional needs and helps keep your cash secure. You can use a debit card or checks to make purchases or pay bills.
Requirements: Account opening form will be given to you to fill it accurately with your personal information and affix your photo size picture on the right hand side of the A/c form
2) Driver's license, National I.D Card or any other acceptable by the Bank
(3) Utility bill issued within the last 3 months to enable the Bank to open an Online Account for you.
Note: The meeting schedule in Athens will be first week of July.
As soon as the Greece Bank opens an Online account in your name, they will provide highly satisfactory Online services which will help you to transfer the fund to an USA Bank account without any blockage both on the local and international level in line to foreign transfer.
I am sorry for any inconveniences that may have caused you. However, this is to make sure we enhance a perfect transfer to the USA and also to be on the safe side.
Thank you
Sayyid

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you for the very clear update — I’ve been reviewing the Greece-based transfer plan, and it makes sense given the current Swiss banking restrictions. I’m especially glad to hear that the account will be opened with Piraeus Bank in Athens, as that seems like a more practical and compliant path forward.
I’ve been thinking about my recent walk through the Houston energy district — the new solar-biofusion pilot project near Baytown just got approved, and I’ve been wondering if something like this could actually be part of the investment model. It’s not just about oil anymore, and I’m genuinely excited at the idea of blending clean energy with traditional infrastructure.
Before we proceed, I have a few questions:
1. Could you confirm the exact amount of the fund being transferred? I’d like to ensure it aligns with the project’s stated returns.
2. Is there a specific timeline for when the Greece agent will arrive in Athens to assist with the account setup? I’d like to plan my travel accordingly.
3. The utility bill requirement — do they accept any type of digital bill (like a mobile or online utility statement) or only printed, official ones issued by a registered provider?
I’m truly looking forward to the meeting in July — I’ve been sitting alone in my apartment too long, and the thought of meeting someone who genuinely believes in a shared energy future is actually very inspiring.

Dear Mr. Danny,
Many thanks to your email. You are a highly valued partner and your commitment to excellence truly does not go unnoticed. Thank you once again for all your hard work.
Having gone through the investment options, I have no problem in investing the fund into the new solar-biofusion pilot project as long as it will profit us immensely. I will also expect your timely response to this email because my life depends on this fund and I believe your involvement is divine.

You will handle the process with the Piraeus Bank such as to make sure the Fund is cleared from the Greek Authorities and also make sure the fund is assimilated into the Banking system in your name where the transfer will be instructed to your US Bank account without any financial interruptions.
-According to the Mr. Dickson Philip, he is going to fly to Athens on Saturday being 4/7/2026,once he arrives in Athens, he will call you on Phone so that you can notice his arrival and also to enable you to fly town to Athens to meet him face to face for immediate action with the Piraeus Bank. So you are expected to arrive in Athens as soon as you hear the arrival of the agent in Athens.
-The Utility bill is NOT digital bill but ONLY printed or officially issued.
Note: The whole process will take us only 2 days, the day of your arrival in Athens for a brief meeting with the Agent and the second day, when the fund will be deposited /transferred to your US account.

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you so much for the detailed and reassuring update — I’ve been thinking about everything you’ve shared, and it’s actually making me feel more excited than nervous. I’ve been working on a few personal projects lately, like organizing my backyard garden (which is now a full-fledged veggie patch with tomatoes and kale), and I’ve found myself thinking about how much I’d love to invest in something meaningful like the solar-biofusion project. It’s not just about money — it’s about real, sustainable impact, and I believe this could be something powerful.
I just have a few questions to make sure I’m fully aligned:
1. Can you confirm the exact name and designation of the account you're referring to at Piraeus Bank — for instance, is it a "Digital Non-Resident Online Account" or something else?
2. Will Mr. Dickson Philips be providing a direct contact number or email to connect with once he arrives in Athens? I’d like to confirm that we can set up a clear communication chain.
3. For the utility bill — since it must be printed — do you have a preference for which city or region it should come from (e.g., Athens, Thessaloniki)? I want to make sure it’s accepted without issue.
I’ve already started looking into flights to Athens for early July, and I’ll share my itinerary with you once I have it finalized. I’m really looking forward to meeting Mr. Philips and going through this together. I’ve been meaning to travel more — maybe even find a quiet place to meditate in the mountains once this is over.
Looking forward to your reply.
Warmly,
Danny

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you so much for the detailed and thoughtful breakdown — I really appreciate how thorough you’ve been. I’ve been thinking about everything, especially the logistics of the Athens meeting, and I want to make sure we’re fully aligned before I book anything.
I just got back from my morning run at the Houston park — the heat is making it tough, but I’m still trying to stay active. I’ve been working on a few personal projects lately too, like updating my home office setup, which is actually starting to feel a bit more like a real workspace than a lawyer’s cluttered corner. Anyway, back to your email!
A few quick questions to help me prepare:
1) Can you confirm the exact date Mr. Dickson Philips is scheduled to arrive in Athens? The email says “4/7/2026” — that seems like it might be a typo since we’re in June. Is that meant to be July 4th?
2) Do you have the official contact details for the Radisson Blu Park Hotel? I’d like to double-check the room reservation process — I don’t want to end up with a late-night check-in or missed instructions.
3) Regarding the €7,200 account opening fee — is that due upfront, or will it be processed once the account is opened? I’d like to know so I can plan my finances accordingly.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon — I’m genuinely excited about this next step and how it could work for both of us.
Warmly,
Danny Smith

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you for your patience and for the clarity — I’ve been going through all the details carefully, and I’m really excited about moving forward with this. I just wanted to confirm a few things to make sure everything lines up perfectly.
First — yes, the date you mentioned, “4/7/2026,” does look like a typo. Since we’re in June 2026, I believe it should be **July 4th, 2026**, not April. I’ve double-checked the calendar, and April 7th is still in the future, but it’s a bit confusing — especially since Mr. Dickson Philips is supposed to arrive in Athens *this* week. Could you please confirm the correct arrival date? I’d hate for us to have a scheduling mismatch that delays the entire process.
Second — I just confirmed the Radisson Blu Park Hotel details with their website. The address and phone number are correct, and I’ve already made a reservation under my name for a standard room with early check-in. I’ll be arriving in Athens around 6 PM on the day of the agent’s arrival, so I’ll be ready to meet him at the hotel.
Lastly — about the €7,200 account opening fee: is this a one-time charge that will be paid to the bank upon account setup, or is it due in advance? I’d like to understand the timeline so I can manage my finances properly. Also, will the bank issue a receipt or invoice for this fee?
I’m truly looking forward to meeting Mr. Dickson Philips in person and getting this all sorted. I’ve been thinking about how lucky I am to have such a clear and trustworthy partner in this venture.
Warmly,
Danny Smith

Dear Sayyid,
Thank you again for your patience — I’ve been thinking about all the details, and I just wanted to follow up on a few things to make sure we’re fully aligned.
First — yes, you're absolutely right about the date. “4/7/2026” must be a typo. Since we’re in June 2026, and Mr. Dickson Philips is supposed to arrive in Athens *this week*, I believe the correct date should be **July 4th, 2026**. That makes much more sense logistically. I’ve double-checked the calendar and even pulled up the flight schedules — no flights are scheduled for April 7th in the near term. Could you please confirm the revised arrival date? I’d hate to arrive too early or miss the meeting.
Second — I’ve just received a confirmation from the hotel. The room is booked under my name, and I’ll be arriving around 6 PM on July 4th. I’ve also asked the front desk to have someone wait at the lobby with a name tag in case Mr. Dickson Philips arrives slightly early.
Lastly — about the €7,200 fee: is it due before the account is opened, or is it paid after the account is active? And would you be able to provide a formal invoice or receipt from Piraeus Bank? I’d like to keep a record of all financial transactions for my own accounting purposes.
I’m genuinely excited about this — it feels like a real opportunity to build something meaningful, and I’m looking forward to meeting Mr. Dickson Philips in person.
