Hi Abdel,
Thanks so much for the follow-up — I really appreciate you reaching out. I’ve been meaning to get back on this since last time, and I’m glad you’re pushing forward. I do recall Mr. Hull Foster submitting the original application, and I’ve been trying to keep everything in order, though I’ve had a few minor delays with my office paperwork this week — things like a power outage at home for two hours and a delayed internet connection that made it tough to access the portal.
Just to confirm, is the $4.5 million still the total amount being processed? And could you please clarify if the funds are to be released directly into my personal bank account here in Houston, or through an intermediary like a local escrow service? Also, I noticed in your email a link to namecheap — I assume that’s not part of the banking process, right?
I’ve been thinking about how exciting this is — especially since I’ve been meaning to invest more in real estate in the Lone Star State. If this works, I’d love to discuss how we might coordinate the next steps, maybe even schedule a quick call in the next few days.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Warmly,
Danny Smith

Hi Abdel,
Thank you so much for the prompt reply — I truly appreciate the clarity and the effort you’ve put into this. I’ve been keeping a close eye on the process, and honestly, the idea of receiving $4.5 million directly into my Houston account is both thrilling and a little overwhelming at the same time. I’ve been thinking about how much I’d love to use that capital to buy a property in the Westchase area — something with long-term potential and good community growth.
Just to double-check: is the $4.5 million the final, unreduced amount being released, or is there any possibility of a phased disbursement? Also, I noticed in your note that the monetary authority only requires a $500 clearance certificate — is that a one-time fee, or do we need to submit it again at some point down the line?
And yes, I did see that link to namecheap — it’s definitely not part of the banking flow, and I assume it was just a placeholder or a misdirection. I don’t want to miss anything, so I’d be grateful if you could confirm that the official process remains unchanged and that the funds will go straight to my personal account at Chase, in my name.
I’ve been thinking about how much this could mean for my future — especially since I’ve been meaning to take a more active role in local development. Would you be open to a quick call next week? I can probably make it on a Thursday or Friday, maybe around 3 PM Houston time.
Looking forward to your thoughts.
Warmly,
Danny Smith
