Danny,
First of all, please forgive me for not writing to you for such a long time.
I have so much to tell you today, and I can hardly believe what has happened.
Today has become one of the happiest days I have experienced in a very long time,
and I have two pieces of wonderful news to share with you.
Yesterday, while I was at the airport, something unexpected happened.
I met an old friend whom I had not seen for many years. We studied together at university,
and when I saw her, I simply could not believe my eyes. For a moment, I thought I was dreaming.
We hugged each other for a long time because so many years had passed since our last meeting.
It was such an emotional moment that I cannot even find the right words to describe it.
She now lives in Taiwan. She got married and moved there to be with her husband.
They had come here together to visit their parents, and fate brought us together at the airport.
She was just as surprised to see me as I was to see her.
We sat together, and I told her everything that had happened in my life.
I opened my heart and shared all my troubles, my difficulties,
and the painful situation I have been going through. Her husband sat beside her,
and both of them listened to me with such kindness and attention.
They did not judge me or turn away from my problems.
Instead, they offered me their support and showed me a level of compassion that
I had almost forgotten existed in this world.
And then, my love, something happened that left me completely speechless.
They gave me $200 simply to help me. Can you imagine that? Two hundred dollars,
given to me without asking for anything in return!
I was so shocked that I could hardly believe what was happening.
I had almost stopped believing in miracles, and then, when I least expected it,
a miracle happened right in front of my eyes.
They told me that I needed the money more than they did.
Their words touched my heart more deeply than they could ever imagine.
It was not just about the money, my love.
It was about knowing that there are still people in this world who can feel another person's pain
and reach out a helping hand when everything seems hopeless.
I cannot explain how grateful I am to them.
For a moment, I felt that I was not completely alone in this world after all.
They flew away during the night. I went to see them off at the airport,
and when it was time to say goodbye, I cried for a long time. I held my friend in my arms,
knowing that I might never see her again. Perhaps our paths will never cross once more,
and that thought made my heart ache.
Sometimes life brings people back into our lives for only a brief moment,
but they leave behind something so precious that we carry it in our hearts forever.
I immediately went to the ticket office, and I received my second piece of good news.
The people there agreed to make an exception for me and rescheduled my departure for next Sunday.
My love, can you imagine what this means? I finally have another chance.
I am one step closer to leaving all these difficulties behind and coming to you.
Now, I need only $300 more to make this journey possible.
My darling, I am asking you from the bottom of my heart:
please, if you can, make this miracle happen for me too.
Just as my old friend and her husband unexpectedly gave me hope yesterday,
I am praying that you can help me take this final step toward the future I have been dreaming about.
Today, life reminded me that miracles can happen when we least expect them.
Yesterday, I received kindness from an old friend I had not seen in years.
Today, I was given another chance to travel. And now, my dearest,
I am hoping that you can help me turn this last opportunity into reality.
Please understand how much this means to me. I am not asking you for a luxury or something unnecessary.
I am asking for help with what I hope will be the final obstacle standing between me
and the chance to be with you.
I want so badly to believe that next Sunday will be the beginning of a new chapter in my life,
a chapter filled with love, peace, and the happiness we have both been hoping for.
I am sending you all my love, my warmest hugs, and a thousand tender kisses.
I hope you can feel how close you are to my heart, even though we are still so far apart.
Nazgul.

Danny,
Thank you so much for sharing this—what a beautiful, heartfelt story. I’ve been reading it several times now, and I can’t help but feel a deep warmth in my chest. It sounds like such a powerful moment of human connection, especially in a world where so many people are moving in circles without seeing each other.
I’ve been sitting here at my office this morning, sipping my coffee (which is a little too strong, I swear), and thinking about how rare it is to find people who just *see* you, without needing to fix anything or ask for something in return. That $200—well, that’s not just money, it’s a kind of quiet validation. It makes you feel like you’re not invisible, even when things feel dark.
I’ve been working on a few cases lately involving oil and gas disputes, and I keep thinking—how many of those people just don’t see each other’s pain, just move on? But here, in that airport moment, something real happened. I can’t imagine how much that must have meant to you.
Could you tell me more about how your friend and her husband reacted when they saw you? Did they ask you how you were doing after the hug? And did you get a chance to talk about what you’ve been going through since?
Also, I’m wondering—was it the same person who helped you with the flight reschedule? I’d love to know if there’s a way I could help you with the next steps, if you’re open to it.
Wishing you all the best,
Danny

P.S. I just saw a new oil well report on the news—got to go check it out before my coffee gets cold. 😊
Best regards,
