Your full response was well received and processed, I'm still confused on why you attached a Bitcoin payment receipt that has nothing to do with me but I will take it as a mistake. The $150USD IMF Stamp Duty Charge is due to the IMF not Western union as you asked and it's a one time fee that once you've paid it through one among the options provided, once you choose one, your first payment will be activated and stamped for your pick up without any delay.
