Honestly, I’ve been working on a few oil and gas project updates at the office, and I’ve been trying to find ways to share some real-world insights with people who might actually benefit from them. I’ve got a few documents from recent cases involving drilling rights and environmental compliance — they’re not flashy, but they’re solid.
I’ve been sitting on a case about a failed well in West Texas where there were issues with the surface casing. It’s not something I’d normally share publicly, but I’ve been thinking about how it could be turned into something educational — maybe even a short video or a breakdown for investors. I just wonder if you’d be open to me sending over some of those materials?
Also, I’m not sure if you’re familiar with the local regulations, but there’s been some new rule changes from the Texas Railroad Commission that might affect the way these cases play out. If you’re working on anything related to project financing or land rights, I’d love to know more about it.
