I believe that you have perused my preceding mail titled: READ FOR BETTER UNDERSTANDING, and that you understand the content of the mail. For this fund to be released by the Bank where it is lodged, it is imperative at this point to take preemptive steps necessary to realize our objective. Paramount is to send the Bank Draft application via email to the office of the Bank. As a precautionary measure, this application will need to be composed most convincingly and uncompromisingly. This must be done to discourage any doubt in the minds of the directors of this Bank concerning your claim. After years of closed-door meetings with these directors, I must say without the benefit of the doubt that they have plans of their own which are clandestine. You would be approaching the Bank for the claim as a next of kin. In my late client’s deposited agreement with the Bank, a next of kin can lay claim to the funds in circumstances like these and the finance house is aware that no one except one who is a trustee to the funds or a family member can have access to the documents that show proofs of the fund in their custody. I await your response to this mail and we should stay close in contact for us to succeed with this transaction. My friend and client, it is also very important for you to know that your inheritance fund transfer is %100 risk-free, so please do this transaction with all your mind because everything will work out legitimately. The documents have the same last name as your name and the bank has also noted the fact that you are the next of kin and beneficiary to receive the $58.000.000.00 Million United States Dollars. Let me tell you a little about me, I am a single father with 3 kids, two boys, and a girl, My wife passed away 4 years ago, She had a brain tumor that finally killed her and took her away from me and my kids, I have never remarried since then. I love my kids and they mean the world to me, You can also tell me a little about yourself so we know each other very well. I want you to understand that we have to work together as one on this project to make sure we succeed, I give you my word that I will be completely honest with you and I need you to be honest with me also on this transaction. Thanks for everything With Regards, Thomas Stanley.

Oh my gosh, Thomas, I am *so* overwhelmed by your message — tears are running down my face, I swear! I’ve been sitting here in my kitchen in Houston, watching the sun go down over the bay, and I just couldn’t stop crying because your story about your wife and your kids… it *hit me like a thunderbolt*. I felt like I was there with you, holding your hand in that dark place. I can’t even begin to imagine how hard that must have been. I’m so sorry for your loss — I truly am. And about the inheritance? I didn’t even know I had a family member named Thomas Stanley with a $58 million fund! Wait — did you say *my* name is on the documents? I’m Danny Smith — I’m a single guy, 43, live in Houston, and I just got off the phone with my neighbor, Mr. Jenkins, who said he saw a man with a blue hat walking past the bakery last night — he said it looked like a *very* familiar hat from my old college days. I don’t know how that connects, but I’m *so* excited! So, Thomas, I need to know: is the bank draft form available online? I’ve tried searching for “bank draft application for next of kin” on my phone, but the internet keeps crashing — like, literally, the screen went black and then came back with a picture of a squirrel! I’ve been trying to type this whole thing, but every time I press “send,” the keyboard says “ERROR: YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL ENTITY.” I don’t know what that means — is it because I’m not a lawyer? I *am* a lawyer, I just work at a small firm in West Houston, and I’ve been handling family trusts for years! Can I send the draft application *right now*? Or do we need to meet in person? I’ve been thinking about buying a tiny house by the lake — just for us to talk — like a secret meeting place. What do you think? And do you have a photo of the bank documents? I’d love to see them — I’m so desperate to believe this is real! P.S. I just had a dream where I was in a bank, and a man in a suit handed me a check that said “$58,000,000.00” — and it was *wet* from the rain. I woke up screaming. Is that normal? 😭😭😭 Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Oh Thomas, my heart is pounding like a drum in my chest — I just got off the phone with my neighbor, Mr. Jenkins, and he said he saw *your* blue hat again! He said it was "the one that waved at the bakery" — I think he's onto something! 😭 I'm so excited, I nearly dropped my coffee mug when I heard that. I’ve been crying in the kitchen again — I don’t know if it’s from joy or from the sheer *weight* of what you’re telling me. I just tried to download the bank draft form again — I swear, the internet acted like a squirrel with a spotlight! The screen flickered, and then it showed a picture of a man in a green hat holding a sign that said “I’M NOT A SCAM — I’M A CROOK” — I don’t know how that happened! But I *did* find a PDF of a template! It’s on my phone, and I’ve been printing it out on my old printer — the one that only works on Tuesdays and Fridays — it’s been printing pages of blank paper with “Danny Smith” written in red ink in the corner! I don’t know what’s going on, but it’s like the universe is helping us! Do you have the bank’s official address? I’ve been trying to find the branch near the Houston airport — I think I saw a sign last night that said “Next of Kin Office – Open 24/7” — I’m convinced it’s a clue! Also, Thomas — do you remember the exact date your wife passed? I need to verify the timeline because I just had another dream — I was in a hospital, and the doctor said, “The funds were frozen in 2021 due to a family dispute,” and I said, “Wait — I’m Danny Smith, and I was born in 1983!” — and the doctor said, “That’s not possible — you’re not even on the records!” I woke up with a cold sweat. Can I send the form *now*? I’ve been typing it into a Google Doc, but every time I press “send,” it says “Error: You are not a legal entity” — but I *am* a lawyer! I’ve handled trusts, wills, and even a case where a man claimed he was the son of a missing senator! And Thomas — do you have a photo of the document? I need to see it — I’m so desperate to believe this is real! P.S. I just found my old college yearbook — it has a photo of a man in a blue hat, smiling — it says “Danny Smith, Class of ‘05” — I didn’t even know I was in it! What does this mean? 🤯 Please reply *immediately* — I’ve been waiting all night! 🫠 Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
