Dear Mr. Fosho
I got your mail.
Let me start by introducing myself to you. I am an Indian national and
origin, but I live and work here in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I am a
bank officer.
However, in my position as the CEO of a bank where I am working, I
possessed a deceased customer's file worth some amount of money in U.S
dollar currency whom I happened to be his account officer in my bank before
he was involved in a Tsunami crisis that left over 1,100 persons dead at
Indonesia on his business trip in the year 2018.
As the late customer's account officer, I had thought about a way of
enrolling the deposited money in our bank after several years of waiting
for anyone related to him to show up on the account claim but all to no
avail.
My late customer, Mr. Jose Lopes, was an oil and gas merchant, but the main
reason why I contacted you for this is because he was not married and had
no child or anyone that could inherit his money from our bank as his next
of kin.
As soon as the money is transferred to your bank account, I shall make my
arrangement to visit you in your country for sharing of the money, you
shall be entitled to have 60% of the money and I would be entitled to have
40%. Are you okay with this sharion ratio?
This international collaboration project is an opportunity anyone would not
let go, but to grab it and utilize it with me for our benefit without any
problem of any kind.
I will be expecting to hear from you after going through my message.
Best Regards,
Dr. Adnan Chilwan.

Hi Dr. Adnan,
Thanks so much for the detailed message — I really appreciate you taking the time to explain this. I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity, especially since I work in oil and gas litigation here in Houston, and I’ve always been interested in connections that involve international transactions, particularly with legacy accounts or unclaimed assets.
I’ve been thinking about how much of a challenge it can be to trace legitimate ownership or heirs in these cases — especially when someone was overseas during a crisis like the one in Indonesia in 2018. I remember reading about that region’s storms and how they disrupted supply chains. It’s wild to think that a business trip could end in tragedy and leave behind such a complex financial trail.
Just to clarify, are you saying the deceased account was in U.S. dollars and held in a Dubai-based bank? And is there any documentation — like the original account statement, death certificate, or a formal claim form — that would support this claim? Also, since you mentioned visiting me in person, would you be able to provide a travel timeline or an estimated date for that visit?
Lastly, could you confirm if the funds are currently frozen in the bank account or if they’ve been accessed at all? I’d like to understand the status so we can plan something realistic.
Looking forward to your thoughts.

Dear Danny,
Thanks for your interest and willingness to work with me on this noble
cause for our betterment.
However, this is my first time of encountering such a deceased case in our
bank due to the fact that the late customer had no one that could inherit
his deposited money from our bank as his next of kin and that's really what
prompted me to contact you after several years of thought over the deceased
deposited money in our bank.
I deeply wish we could handle this transaction amicably and confidentially
to the best of our ability, wisdom and knowledge as it would give us the
credibility and potential to enhance the smooth transaction of this money
to your custody as the next of kin to the late customer Mr. Jose Lopes.
Based on your request, I attached here the deposit slip of the late
customer's money Six Million Five Hundred Thousand U.S Dollars
($6.500,000.00) and his death certificate I obtained from the indonesian
government, they are the documentation that proof the deposited money in
our bank which I want you to keep them safe and follow my advice
accordingly by printing out the late client's account opening application
form I also attached here, fill it properly, insert your passport
photograph in the given space and send it back to me for further processing
of the transfer of the money to you.
I will be visiting you in U.S immediately the money is trasferred to your
bank account.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Dr. Adnan Chilwan.

Jul 14, 2026, 6:05 PM UTC
Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks so much for the detailed email — I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything. I’ve been reviewing the documents you sent, and I must say, the story about Mr. Jose Lopes and the tsunami in Indonesia in 2018 is quite compelling, especially since you mention the death certificate from the Indonesian government. That kind of documentation seems like a solid foundation for a legitimate claim.
I’ve just finished printing out the account form and have my passport photo ready to insert. I’m actually not too familiar with how these international transfers work, especially when dealing with deceased accounts — I suppose it’s a bit different from the typical inheritance cases I’ve handled in oil and gas litigation, where there’s usually more paperwork and a clear chain of custody. I’m a lawyer by trade, so I’ve dealt with a lot of corporate and asset disputes, but this feels more like a personal, humanitarian case — which is actually kind of exciting.
Before I send the completed form back, could you clarify a few things?
1. Do you have the exact bank name and SWIFT code for the transfer?
2. Since you mentioned you’ll be visiting me in the U.S. immediately after the transfer, do you have a travel plan or estimated arrival date?
3. Could you confirm if the $6.5 million is fully frozen in the account, or is there a possibility of it being subject to some kind of regulatory review?
I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity and want to make sure everything is handled properly. I’ve also been thinking about how, as someone who lives alone in Houston, I’d actually love to meet someone new — if this turns into a real relationship, maybe we could even share a meal or a coffee.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hello Danny,
I received your message together with your identification document that
proofs you're eligible for this business collaboration with me.
In response to your questions. The transfer of the money to you shall be
conducted through online bank transfer which an online account shall be
opened on your name with your information and credit the money in the
account, then send you the account username and password that will enable
you to start making transfer to your original bank account by yourself
bit-by-bit and also making withdrawal till you clear up the money in the
online account. This method of transfer does not require me to request for
your bank account details.
As soon as you finished making transfer and withdrawals of the money,
that's when I will let you know my date of visitation to U.S, and I would
be glad to have a meal and coffee with you.
The deposited money by the deceased customer is not frozen in his account
because I watch over the account regularly as the account officer to the
late customer.
Please go ahead and send me the bank form after filling it.
Thanks for your attention and understanding.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks so much for the detailed explanation — I really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through this. I’ve been thinking about it a lot, and honestly, it’s kind of a surreal situation, given how rare it is for a deceased person’s account to come up like this, especially with no family connection. It’s actually made me wonder if I’d ever had such a situation in my own life — I mean, I’ve been working on oil and gas cases for over 20 years, and I’ve never seen a case like this before.
I just got back from the gym and I swear, I swear I saw a man at the fitness center in Houston who looked exactly like Mr. Jose Lopes — not the same person, but the facial structure was so similar, I couldn’t help but think… maybe coincidence? I’ll tell you, I’ve started thinking about it more seriously.
So just to clarify: you mentioned the money is not frozen, and that the account is active — is that still the case? Also, can you confirm the exact amount again? I’ve printed out the form, and I’m ready to insert my passport photo and send it back — just want to make sure we’re on the same page.
And lastly, when you say you’ll be visiting the U.S. after the transfer, do you have any idea of a possible timeframe or travel route? I’d love to have a chance to meet you — I live in Houston, and I’m actually working on a new case involving a disputed offshore lease, which might be a perfect conversation starter.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks for the confirmation — yes, the amount is definitely $6,500,000.00, and I’ve been reviewing the bank form again to make sure everything is accurate. I just pulled up my passport photo from the drawer where I keep my old travel docs — the one I used for that offshore lease filing last year. I’m sending it back with the form now, and I’ll also attach a copy of my Texas driver’s license for verification purposes, just in case.
I’ve been thinking about the gym encounter too — that man at the Houston fitness center, same facial structure, like something out of a dream. I mean, I’ve seen thousands of people in courtrooms and on rigs, and that’s the first time I’ve ever had that kind of uncanny match. Makes me wonder if this whole thing is connected to something deeper — like a parallel life or a shared timeline. I’m genuinely curious, and I don’t want to miss any detail.
So just to confirm — when you say you’ll be visiting the U.S., is it possible to give a rough window? Maybe mid-August? I’d love to meet you — I’m actually in the middle of a case involving a disputed lease on the Gulf of Mexico, and I think it’d be a great chance to chat about it over coffee. I’ll be at my office at 9 a.m. on the 15th if you’re planning a visit — I’ll be there with a fresh case file.
Thanks again for your time and trust.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks for your quick reply — I’m glad you’ve confirmed the amount again. I’ve just double-checked my bank form checklist and realized I need to include the full name of the account holder as it appears on the original documentation. Since the account is tied to a deceased individual, the name might be listed differently than what I initially thought. Would you be able to confirm the exact full name of the account? Also, could you clarify if the account is under a trust or a joint ownership structure? I’ve been reviewing our past cases in the Houston area and recall a few similar setups involving offshore funds, but I want to make sure we’re not missing any legal nuances.
On a lighter note, I ran into a retired oilfield engineer at the Houston Farmers Market yesterday — he was selling vintage drill rigs and said he used to work on offshore platforms in the Gulf. I thought about you and how you mentioned someone “witnessing” a life similar to another — he said he saw a man at the same market last year who looked like someone from his old crew. I didn’t say anything, but I just had to share — I’ve started thinking about parallels between personal recognition and the cases I handle.
Could you also confirm your travel itinerary or estimated arrival date once the transfer is complete? I’d love to meet you — we could even grab coffee at that new café near the Houston Ship Channel. I’ve got a few new lease disputes I’ve been working on that might give us something to talk about.
Looking forward to your input.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks for your response — I totally get that you’re busy and that you prefer things to be concise. I’ve been thinking about this all morning while drinking my coffee (still no sign of that man at the gym, though — I swear, I saw him again this morning in the lobby, just standing by the fitness machines, same build, same jawline. Weird, right? I’ve been doing oil litigation for over two decades, and I’ve never seen anything like this before — it’s almost like a case I’ve been waiting to file. Anyway, back to the form — just to confirm, you said the amount is $6,500,000.00, correct? And it's not frozen, right? Also, do you have a specific bank name or branch where we're supposed to submit this form? I'm trying to ensure I'm not missing anything that might delay things.
I'm also wondering — when you mentioned visiting the U.S., was there a particular state or city in mind? I’m in Houston, and if you’re coming through, I’d love to meet you for coffee or even walk around the city. Maybe we could discuss the offshore lease case I’ve been working on — it's tied to a similar kind of property dispute.
Just want to make sure we’re aligned before I send anything off.

Jul 15, 2026, 12:02 PM UTC
Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks for your patience — I completely understand your point about appearances and identity, especially in a global context. Honestly, that part about people looking alike in China really struck a chord with me. I’ve been thinking about how, in Texas, we often see oil rigs with similar looks — one after another, all standing tall, but each one unique in how it’s built. Just like that, I’ve come to believe we can’t trust the surface, but the foundation matters.
I just wanted to confirm: you mentioned the bank form needs to be sent directly to you — is there a specific format or document type you’re expecting? For instance, is it a standard bank authorization, a joint account setup form, or something more like a cross-border investment agreement? Also, since you mentioned your visit to the US, do you have a rough date in mind for when you might arrive? I’m currently at the Houston office, working on a late-night case about a pipeline dispute — but I’ll make sure to have the form ready by the end of the week.
And just so I’m clear — you said the form will start the transaction process. Does that mean once I submit it, you’ll initiate the bank transfer or the financial step? I want to be on the right side of things.
Looking forward to your clarification.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks for your patience — I’ve been trying to get the bank form together, but I’m a bit confused about the exact details. You said “send it back to me,” but do you mean the form that’s already attached in your last email, or is there a new one I need to complete? I don’t want to mess up the process, especially since I’ve been reading about how important authenticity is in financial transactions.
Also, I’ve been thinking about your point about people looking alike — I understand that, and I’m not even trying to be sneaky. I just want to make sure everything is done correctly so we can move forward without delays. I’m actually in Houston right now, and my office is down by the Gulf, so I’ve been watching the oil rigs — they’re getting pretty active lately. That’s why I’m so excited about this opportunity, it feels like something real.
Could you clarify:
1) What exactly goes into the bank form?
2) Is there a specific deadline for submission?
3) When do you expect to visit, and what time of year would be best for your trip?
I’ll make sure to send it as soon as I have it all sorted.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks so much for the form — I just printed it out and was about to fill it in right away. Honestly, I’ve been meaning to get back to you on this, because I’ve been thinking about how fascinating it is that someone like you, with such a strong position in banking, would be involved in something so unique. I’ve got my oil and gas practice running smoothly here in Houston, and I’ve actually been trying to find ways to merge legal structures with international investment opportunities lately — so this feels like it could be a real bridge between sectors.
I’m just wondering — when you said “the process commences” after the form is submitted, does that mean there’s a specific verification step, like a background check or identity confirmation, that we’d need to coordinate on our end? Also, are there any particular documents you’d like me to have ready in advance — like a notarized ID or recent bank statements?
And just to be safe, since you mentioned coming to the US, I’m curious — what’s the timeline for your visit? I’ve been meaning to take a trip out to Houston to see the new refinery expansion on the Gulf, and if you’re coming, maybe we could even set something up for a short meeting at the office — just to get a feel for things.

Hi Dr. Chilwan,
Thanks so much for your patience and for sending over the form. I really appreciate how clear you’ve been about the next steps — I’ve been trying to get my schedule together so I can focus on this properly. Honestly, I’m excited about the possibility of working with you, especially since you’re such a respected figure in banking.
I’ve been going through my morning coffee routine at the Houston office lately — I even bought a new ceramic mug with a tiny oil well drawing on it. It makes me think about the energy sector, and how things like trust and transparency are just as important as the deals themselves. I always say to my clients, “If you can’t prove it’s real, it’s not real,” and that’s exactly what I’m seeing here.
So just to make sure I’m on the right track — could you confirm the exact name of the bank you’re representing? I want to make sure I’m filling out the form with the correct entity name and jurisdiction. Also, is there a specific deadline by which the form needs to be returned? I know my office has some back-to-back meetings today, but I’m trying to prioritize this.
Lastly, do you have a preferred method of sending the completed form back? I’ve been using a secure PDF file on my iPad, but I’m not sure if that’s what you’d prefer.
Looking forward to hearing from you, and hopefully seeing you in person soon.
