Hi there, Thanks for the email — I actually just got back from my lunch at the new Texas BBQ place on South Freeway, and I was thinking about how much I enjoy checking in with people who seem to care about their customers. That’s a good sign, right? I’ve never heard of Medallion Bank before, and I’m a bit curious — how exactly do I go about logging into your portal? Is it through a secure link or does it require a password reset? Also, I’m wondering if there’s a phone number or support line I can call during the day, just in case the website isn’t loading properly.
