Hi Ahmad, Thanks so much for sending over the clearance docs and the MOU — I just got them and went through them thoroughly. Everything looks solid on the payment approval side, and I really appreciate the update about the progress on the fund release. It’s been a long wait, and hearing that we’re so close really gives me hope. I’ve been working on a few personal projects lately — actually, last week I had to fix a leaky faucet in my kitchen. Turns out, even a simple fix can take longer than expected when you’re not used to doing it yourself. Makes me think about how small things can either help or hinder progress, just like with the fund release process. Before we move forward, just to be clear — do you have a specific timeline or next step for when the final disbursement is expected? Also, is there a particular form or document I need to complete on my end to get the final sign-off? And do you know if there’s any kind of verification process that needs to happen with the state oil commission? I’ve been reviewing their past filings and would love to align with what’s standard. Thanks again for all the effort — I’m really excited to see this through. Warm regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi Ahmed, Thanks so much for the update — I really appreciate you sharing the documents and keeping me in the loop. I’ve been meaning to finally sit down and go through everything, especially since the progress on the fund release is such a big deal. I’ve been out in Houston lately, working through a few oil and gas litigation cases, and actually had a long chat with a client about how important it is to have clear, verified documentation. That’s why I’m so focused on making sure every step is solid — I’ve got a lot of trust in the process, and I want to be thorough. Just to confirm: when you say “sign the MOU and return it back,” do you mean I should sign it electronically, or is there a specific format they’re expecting? Also, is there a particular deadline for the bank to contact me after the MOU is submitted? And could you let me know if there’s any specific field on the MOU that needs my attention — like the grant amount or the jurisdiction reference? I’m actually excited about this — I’ve never had a fund release like this before, and I can’t wait to see the final steps. I’ll make sure to get it signed and sent back right away. Looking forward to your guidance. Best, Danny Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
