Good Morning Mr. Danny Smith, Honestly, it's good to hear from you. Yes, my boss issued a Bank Cheque worth USD6,500,000 (Six Million five hundred Thousand United States Dollars) and asked me to send the cheque to you as a promise he made to you with regards to a partnership transaction he proposed to you few years ago which you could not later finish the transaction with him. He later completed the transaction with a new partner and they are now at their contract project site at North East region of Republic of Uganda where they are handling the Solar Electrification contract project. The Cheque was issued 2 weeks ago and I have been waiting to hear from you so that I can dispatch it to the address you will provide. However, I have made an inquiry from the Bank that issued the Cheque and they told me that it takes very much long time for Oversea Banks to verify and confirm Cheques from Africa and sometimes many of these oversea Banks reject and do not honor such Cheques from Africa because they suspect the Cheques to be money laundering and Fraud especially when the Cheque is not being sent to a company with purchasing invoice for goods. The bank told me that the process is frustrating and takes a very long period of time for such Cheques to clear in the beneficiary account if at all it was later accepted by the beneficiary Bank. The Bank gave me (3) options that will be so easy and convenient for you to receive the money without any stress and the (3) options are below. 1: To Convert the Cheque into a prepaid ATM DEBIT CARD. He said that with the PREPAID ATM DEBIT CARD, it will be very much convenient and easy for you to receive the fund through an ATM CARD and start making your withdrawals and transactions from the ATM CARD at any ATM Machine point around you immediately you receive the ATM CARD and activate it. 2: They can transfer the fund to you through direct Bank to Bank Smooth Swift Remit into your Bank account over there but, you will need a Fund Release Approval Certificate from the Ministry of Finance Republic of Uganda. 3: The Bank can open a NON RESIDENT ONLINE ACCOUNT here in your favor and deposit the check to clear in the account within the same day. You will have 100% access and control of the online account login details. From the Online account, you can begin to transfer the money to your local account bit by bit and you can operate the account from any part of the world/globe and can make your transactions and purchases from the account in real-time seamlessly. So, I would like you to consider the (3) options above and choose the one that will be convenient for you so that I will authorize the bank to proceed immediately with your chosen option. I wait for your urgent response. Thanks. Yours in the service, Mr. Justine Nakalembe Secretary to Dr. Frank Williams, Direct Telephone/Whatsapp: +245-794-553-168

Good morning Justine, Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I truly appreciate your patience and the effort you’ve put into making this process clear. It’s rare to receive such a thoughtful and structured follow-up, especially from someone in a position like yours. Honestly, I’ve been thinking about this a lot over the past few days, and I must say, I’m genuinely impressed by the level of organization behind this. I’ve been working on a few personal projects lately — actually, I just finished reviewing a solar panel installation case in Houston that’s similar to the kind of energy work going on in Uganda. It made me think about how much potential there is in clean energy across Africa, and how partnerships like the one you’re describing could really make a difference. I’ve even started looking into local solar initiatives in the region — maybe one day I’ll be able to bring that back to Texas. Now, regarding your three options — I’m quite interested in Option 3, the Non-Resident Online Account. The idea of having full control and access from anywhere in the world is very appealing, especially since I’m currently based in Houston and travel often. I’d love to know more about how secure the login process is, whether there are any verification steps required from my end, and if there’s any documentation I’d need to provide to establish my identity with the bank. Also, could you confirm if the account would be in my name only, or if there are any local regulations I need to be aware of? And when would the funds be credited — is it same-day? I’d be very grateful for any additional details you can share. Looking forward to your response. Warmly, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hello Mr. Smith, I received your message and noticed that you chose option 3 which is opening a Non Residential Online Banking Account for you to have 100% access/control over your approved funds. However, you should send your full names, address, phone and mobile numbers, any valid form of your identification Driver's License or Int'l Passport, a copy of your picture passport size, as well as (us$325) for the processing, activation and stamp duty for you to start controlling your account from the comfort of your home. The Bank will send you the login details/user name and password to be accessing your non residential online account immediately is open and activated here. I'm waiting to hear from you so that I can send you the details you need to send the money $325 to proceed. Thanks for your understanding. Good morning Justine, Thank you so much for the clear explanation — I truly appreciate your patience and the detailed options you’ve presented. I’m genuinely excited about Option 3, the Non-Resident Online Account, because it sounds like the most flexible and secure way to access the funds without the long delays or paperwork that often come with international cheque clearances. I’ve been thinking about how this could work in real life — you know, as a solo lawyer in Houston, I’ve actually been working on a side project recently where I’m helping small oil-and-gas clients manage cross-border payments, so this kind of system would be a real game-changer for transparency and speed. Before I proceed, could you kindly confirm a few things? 1. Is the $325 processing fee refundable if the account is later closed or if the funds are not used? 2. Would the login credentials be sent via email or encrypted WhatsApp message? 3. Do I need to provide a recent utility bill or proof of address in addition to my passport? Also, just to be thorough — I’ve had a few issues with my old phone’s GPS last week, so I’ll need to make sure I have a stable internet connection when I access the account. Looking forward to your guidance — I’m really eager to move forward. Best regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
