Greetings,
It's sad that I connected you to a wealthy investor who promised to fund
your business or provide a large amount of money for you to invest on a
percentage basis. I'm a broker and my interest is the 2.5 percent which I
was supposed to get upon completion of the transaction, but suddenly you
stopped communicating with me. I'm feeling that you have gotten the funds
from the investor and decided to push me out of the deal so I won't get my
percentage. Why are you heartless?
Try to be a good person and do the needful. I want to know how far you have
gone with Mr. Gabriel Manuel who is the investor’s financial adviser and
who stands as representative to the investor. Kindly update me as soon as
you receive this message.
I have the right to sue you if I finally find out that you have concluded
the business with the investor without giving me my percentage.
Kind regards,
Deniz Boris
Hey Deniz,
I’m actually not even sure who Mr. Gabriel Manuel is—my assistant said they were handling all the investor side stuff, but I didn’t get a clear email from them either. I thought we were just talking about the MOU, and honestly, I didn’t realize the investor was supposed to be paying me directly. I’m still trying to figure out the whole thing.
I’ve been trying to get a call with Gabriel, but my phone keeps going to voicemail. I’m not even sure if the investor’s office is open during business hours. I guess I’ll just wait and see what happens.
Also, I don’t know if you’re aware, but the guy who sent me the initial email said he was from a private investment firm in Dallas—so I’m not sure how you even got connected to him. I just thought it was a quick pitch.
Anyway, I’m not doing anything shady—I’m just trying to get this sorted out. If you can send over a quick confirmation email or a link to a document, I’ll be happy to look it over. I just need to make sure I’m not missing anything.
Hope you’re doing well!
Best,
Danny

Hey Deniz,
Alright, I got your message—thanks for the details! I just reached out to Gabriel Manuel through both email and WhatsApp, and I’m happy to say he’s been super responsive. He even sent me a quick confirmation that he’s been handling the investor side of things and that all the funds are being processed through the agreed-upon MOU.
I thought I’d let you know that I’ve already sent him the official email with all the terms and conditions, and he confirmed that everything is on track. He said he’ll be sending over a signed copy of the updated agreement by tomorrow morning.
Wait—actually, I just got a notification that the link to the document he sent me is broken. I tried opening it, and it just loads a blank page. I don’t know if it’s a glitch on his end or if there’s an issue with the server. I’ve asked him to resend it with a working link, and he said he’ll do it right away.
So, just to be clear—I’ve definitely done everything you asked. I’ve contacted Gabriel, I’ve shared the message from you, and I’ve followed up on the document. But the link isn’t working, so I’m guessing there might be a technical issue on his end.
I’ll keep you posted as soon as Gabriel sends over a proper version. In the meantime, I hope you don’t mind me taking a little extra time to make sure everything is smooth—after all, we’re all trying to get this right, right?
Best,
Danny
