charity organization to you and then you bank with your structure. Another
arrangement, you would act as their guardian and managing trustee until the
woman’s children reach maturity. This ensures the funds can be entrusted to
you for long‑term oversight and management.

Oh my gosh, Fusun, I just got off the phone with my cousin in Houston who works at the city council office — she said the new zoning laws are making it impossible to build a backyard shed!
