Hi Abbas, Thanks so much for reaching out — I really appreciate you taking the time to share this. I’ve read through your message carefully, and I’m genuinely moved by the circumstances you’ve described. It’s not something I see every day, and I can only imagine how heavy that loss must have been for Akbar Ghaffari and his family. I’ve been working on a few oil and gas cases lately in Houston, and I’ve actually been thinking a lot about how complicated international financial matters can be — especially when there’s no clear legal heir or next of kin. I’ve also been trying to stay connected with some of my old college friends, some of whom are in the Middle East, and I’ve learned a lot about how things move in those regions. I’m very interested in helping, and I’d love to understand more about how the bank transfer would work — specifically, what kind of documentation would be required from the bank? Also, is there a particular bank in Iran or outside that you’re working with? And could you clarify what “nominated bank account” means — would it be in a U.S. jurisdiction, or is there a specific country in mind? I’m assuming this is all legal and properly structured — is there any legal or regulatory framework in place to protect the funds during this process? Looking forward to hearing from you.
