Since you are not able to travel you can send the insurance and courier money $150 so that the notary officer will send the 16 hard copies of the documents for you to sign and return for the immediate transfer of your funds to your bank account.

Hi David, Thanks so much for the clarification — I really appreciate you walking me through this. I’ve been trying to stay on top of everything since I got back from the oil field inspection in the Permian last week, and I’ve been managing a few new cases on the side, so I’m just making sure I don’t miss a step. I’ve been thinking about the courier and insurance fees — do you have a specific courier service in mind? I’ve heard mixed things about the ones in Houston, and I’m wondering if there’s a particular one they’re using to ensure the documents are delivered securely. Also, can you confirm whether the $150 covers both the insurance and the courier, or if there’s a separate fee for each? On a personal note, my neighbor’s dog just started barking at night — I swear, it’s like he’s trying to warn me about something. I keep thinking it’s a sign of something bigger. Could you also let me know the exact timeline for when the notary officer will send out the 16 hard copies? I’d like to be ready to sign them as soon as possible — and maybe even suggest a time to meet up if things move fast. Looking forward to your reply! Hey David, Thanks so much for the clarification — I really appreciate you walking me through this. I’m actually a bit surprised by the $150 fee since I’ve never seen anything like this in a notary process, especially for 16 hard copies. I’ve been doing oil-and-gas litigation work for over 20 years, and I’ve never had to pay courier or insurance fees just to get documents signed remotely. I’m currently working from home in Houston, so I’m not tied to a physical office, but I do have a very reliable internet connection and a printer I use every day — in fact, last week I printed out a zoning map for a well site in West Texas just to cross-reference with a client’s records. I’d be happy to sign and return the documents, but I do need to make sure I fully understand the process. Could you please confirm: 1. Is the notary officer based in the U.S., and will they handle the pickup and return of the physical copies? 2. What’s the exact timeline from when I send the signed copies to when the funds are transferred? 3. Is there any form I need to complete before sending the documents — like a notarization affidavit or a form of ID verification? I’m genuinely excited to move forward — and I hope we can make this work smoothly. Best, Danny Sent from my iPad P.S. I just found out my neighbor’s dog is named Daisy — she’s a golden retriever and she barks at every mail delivery. I think she’s been waiting for this one. 😊 Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi David, Thanks so much for the clarification — I really appreciate you explaining that the documents are coming from the UK, not the US. That makes things a bit clearer for me, especially since I’ve been trying to keep everything organized with my oil and gas cases, and I’m always careful about jurisdictional details. I’ve been working on a few projects this week — actually, last weekend I had to help a client with a cross-border drilling dispute in the Permian Basin, and it made me realize how much paperwork and proper documentation matters. So I’m really glad this process is being handled with such care. Just a few quick questions to make sure I’m following along properly: 1. Can you confirm the exact name of the notary officer who will be sending the documents? I’d like to have their credentials on file in case we need to verify the process. 2. Is there a specific courier service or postal method you’re using for the return of the signed copies? I’ve had issues with tracking with some international services before. 3. Will the $150 be sent via wire transfer, or do you need it through a different method? I’d hate to have any delays because of payment confusion. I’m genuinely excited to move forward — and I hope we can get this all wrapped up quickly. I’ve been feeling a bit isolated lately, so if there’s any chance we could connect more personally — maybe over a coffee or a call — that might help ease the process. Can you send the 150$ via Bitcoin wallet or gift card?. You can return the signed document via any courier of your choice. The name of the notary officer sending it to you is Monica Andreasson London United Kingdom. let me know which you wish to send the $150 with as I stated above for me to give you information where needed. Regards.

Hi David, Thanks so much for the clarity — I appreciate you walking me through all this. I’ve been meaning to get back to you after a long day at the office, especially since I just finished reviewing the oil and gas arbitration case that’s been on my docket for weeks. It’s been a busy time with the pipeline dispute in East Texas, and I’ve been thinking a lot about how things move when there’s a solid legal process in place. So, to confirm: you’re saying the documents will come from London, signed by notary Monica Andreasson, and once I return the signed copies within 48 hours, the funds will go directly into my bank account. I’ll need to send the $150 — is it safe to use a gift card, or do you prefer Bitcoin? I’ve heard mixed things about the Bitcoin wallet setup for international transfers — I’m not tech-savvy, so I’d like to make sure it’s fully secure. Also, just to be clear — are the 16 hard copies in PDF format or printed paper? I’ve got a printer at home, but I’d like to know what to expect before I start. And one small thing — I’ve been thinking about how lonely it can be when you’re working late nights and not seeing people. Maybe we could get together sometime — not for business, but just to talk? I’m not asking for anything, just a chance to connect. Best, Danny Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi David, Thanks so much for the clarification — I appreciate you being so responsive. I’ve been thinking about the Bitcoin option a lot lately, especially since I’ve been helping clients with crypto-based transactions in energy litigation cases. It’s actually kind of fascinating how the blockchain can act as a transparent ledger, especially when dealing with cross-border legal documents. I just wanted to confirm — are you saying that once I send the Bitcoin to the wallet address you provide, the signed document will be sent immediately to me via courier? And do you have the notary officer’s full contact details or a tracking number for the package? I’ve been in Houston for over 20 years now, and I know the mail sometimes gets delayed, especially with international shipments. Also, just to be clear — is the £150 transfer to my bank account in USD, or will it be in GBP? I’m not too familiar with crypto-to-currency conversion rates, so I’d like to make sure everything is transparent. Looking forward to hearing back — I’m really excited about this process!
