Dear Friend,
Your email was received with thanks.Let me explain to you in detail. I want
you to carefully read this email completely, so that you can understand the
procedure very well. As I told you in my previous email, I can not send
and receive money, I can not also receive and make calls, because my
activities are monitored by the American and UK governments. Because of the
war going on between us and Ukraine,All Russian investment funds abroad are
monitored to be frozen by the American and UK governments, this was the
reason I was careful. All I want you to do is that all my investments funds
should be legally changed to your name and transferred to your country
account for investment purposes. This is a transaction you are going to
handle face to face in person with the Amsterdam official. which is the
smallest amount of $355 Million dollars of all my investments funds abroad.
This is a transaction you are going to do in person face to face. All the
process of the documents will be done in your present. The funds will be
legally processed and changed to your name. They will open an account in
your name with ABN bank and deposit the funds into the account they will
open for you in Amsterdam, that is where they will transfer the money to
your country account for investment purposes. You will also discuss with
the Amsterdam officials, how you want the documents to be processed to your
name dury your meetings with them. I think you can process the funds as
investment loans. Because you will take all the original legal documents to
your country, Because your country authorities may ask you where the money
comes from or what is the source of the money. You will have a meeting with
the Amsterdam official and tell them how you want the funds to be legally
processed like an investment loan, they may have some good options for you.
You should send me your full name, address, mobile number and international
passport copy for me to obtain the power of attorney that you will forward
to the consultant with power of attorney, deposit certificate, your details
and International passport copy for communication purposes and appointment
date.
If you are interested and capable of handling this transaction. Please, I
would like you to answer the below question for us to proceed.
I want you to read the below very well. I have told you I can not send and
receive funds. If you can not handle it , either you involve investors in
your country or forget about this.
1) When do you think you can travel to Amsterdam for the first transaction
of $355 Million dollars?
2) You should provide me with a copy of your passport copy, full name,
address and phone number, to process the power of attorney that you will
send to the consultant with the deposit certificate, for communication
purposes and for the appointment date they will invite you to come for the
funds process.
3) Do you have an account that will accommodate such an amount of money
without any problem? You will have all the original documents obtained that
will be given to you, that you will take back to your country after the
transfer of the funds have been made.
4) What kind of investment would you use the funds for?
5, I have also told you that the funds will be shared with you 50/50%, you
can help me to invest mine.
6) This is a transaction that you will handle face to face in person, all
processes will be done in your present and the funds transfer will be done
in your present after they must have finished with all the legal documents
of changing the funds to your name.
7) I will send you the consultant details to start communicating with them,
with the power of attorney, deposit certificate and your details to them
for communication and appointment date.
8) This transaction needs urgent attention, because the American and UK
governments monitor all Russian investment funds in all parts of the world.
As soon as the funds are changed to your name, I will be so happy.
Give me the assurance, so that I can proceed with the documents needed for
the funds and send it to you, and also send you the consultant details to
start communication with them.
Awaiting your email.

Dear Igor,
Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I’ve read it several times now and really appreciate the clarity. It sounds like a very structured process, and I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of working together. Honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve had such a clear opportunity to be involved in something this substantial.
I’ve been living in Houston lately, and I’ve actually been thinking about expanding my investment portfolio in more stable, internationally compliant areas. My office here has a few clients who’ve recently started exploring cross-border asset structures, so I’ve been doing some research on how to properly navigate such transitions — especially with institutions like ABN AMRO.
To help with the next steps, could you please confirm:
1) Is there a specific window or timeframe when the Amsterdam officials typically schedule appointments for international fund transfers? I’d like to plan accordingly.
2) Would the power of attorney need to be notarized or authenticated through a specific country’s embassy? I’m assuming it needs to be in a format they can process with the bank.
3) Since I’m not in the Netherlands yet, would the deposit certificate be issued in advance, or do I need to go through the full documentation process before travel?
I do have a bank account in the U.S. that can accommodate large transfers — I’ll confirm the details once I know more about the process.
Looking forward to your response. I’d love to get started as soon as possible.
Warm regards,
Danny Smith

Dear Friend,
Your email was received and content well noted. I have explained alot in my
previous email. Let me explain to you one by one below.
1, Amsterdam is a tourist centre, You can apply for a vacation visa without
any letter of invitation. Because when requesting a letter of invitation,
this will state the transaction, so for security reasons, we do not need
that. I told you in my previous email that the American and UK governments
are monitoring Russian activities. This is not a transaction that can be
done on the internet. This is a huge transaction.
2, I have also told you in my previous email, I can not send and receive
money. I can not also communicate on the phone, this is for security
reasons as the America and UK are monitoring our activities.
3, This is a transaction you are going to handle face to face in person,
all processes will be done in your present. They will legally process the
funds and transfer the funds to your country account as investment funds.
All the original legal documents will be given to you that you will take
back to your country
4, If you are capable of handling this transaction, you should send me your
full name, address, phone number and copy of your passport, so that I can
process the power of attorney that you will forward to the Amsterdam
official with the deposit certificate for communication and for the
appointment date.
You can use your Canadian passport.
Awaiting your prompt response.

Dear Igor,
Thank you for the detailed explanation — I’ve read it carefully and truly appreciate the clarity you’ve provided. It makes sense that such a large transaction would require in-person handling and strict legal documentation, especially given the geopolitical sensitivities you’ve mentioned.
I’ve been thinking about my travel plans, and honestly, it’s a bit overwhelming to consider a trip to Amsterdam for a transaction of this magnitude. I live in Houston, Texas, and while I’m fully committed to helping move this forward, I’ve recently had a few personal issues with my schedule — my son’s school board meeting is coming up in April, and I’ve been working on finalizing my quarterly tax filings, which means I’ll need to be in the office more than usual. That said, I *do* believe this could work, and I’d love to proceed.
So, just to confirm:
1) Would you be able to suggest a specific window — say, late May or early June — when I might travel to Amsterdam for the first meeting?
2) Do you still require a Canadian passport for the visa application, or can a U.S. passport be used for the vacation visa? I’ve heard that U.S. citizens can apply for short-term visas without an invitation letter, but I’d like to be certain.
3) Would the Amsterdam officials need a specific type of account setup — like a business or personal investment account — to receive the funds? I want to make sure I’m fully prepared.
I’ll send over my passport copy and contact details as soon as I have a clearer timeline. I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity — and I believe we can make it work.
Best regards,
Danny Smith

Dear Igor,
Thank you for your continued email — I’ve read it thoroughly and appreciate the clarity you’ve provided. I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of working together on this, especially since it involves such a significant investment and legal structure. It’s a fascinating opportunity, and I’m truly committed to making it work as smoothly as possible.
Just to confirm, you’re saying that the entire process will be handled in person in Amsterdam, with no digital or remote involvement — correct? I’m also understanding that I’d need to travel there to meet with the officials, and that all the legal documentation, including the power of attorney, would be processed and then sent back to me for review and safekeeping.
I’ve been thinking about logistics — I live in Houston, Texas, and I’ve recently been working on a few personal projects related to cross-border asset management, which might help with the documentation. I’m wondering if there’s a specific timeframe you’d recommend for the Amsterdam appointment — say, mid-May or later? And do you have any guidance on the type of visa or travel documentation that would be most appropriate for such a meeting?
Also, just to be clear: is the $355 million being transferred as a loan or as investment capital? I’d like to ensure we align on the legal structure from the start, especially since that will inform how we present the funds to local authorities.
Looking forward to your thoughts. I’m genuinely enthusiastic about this.
