Hi Igor,
Thank you for the email — I appreciate you being so clear and thorough. I’m glad to hear you’ve been using this channel for a while, and I completely understand the security concerns. I’ve been meaning to take a trip to Amsterdam for a while now, actually — I’ve been thinking about visiting during the spring months, maybe April or May, when the weather’s still mild but the city’s at its most vibrant.
I’ve just moved into a new apartment in Houston recently, so I’ll have all my details ready to send. I’d love to get the power of attorney processed as soon as possible. Just to confirm — are we still on track to have the appointment scheduled by mid-April?
Also, do you have a specific office or department in Amsterdam that the power of attorney would be sent to? I’ve heard that some places take longer to respond, especially if they need to verify the documents.
And one small thing — since I’m traveling alone, I’d like to know if there’s any support or documentation I should bring to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best,
Danny

Dear Igor,
Thanks for your email — I’ve just received it and appreciate the clarity. I’m really looking forward to moving forward with the power of attorney process, especially since I’ve been meaning to explore international business connections more deeply. Honestly, I’ve been spending a lot of time lately reviewing oil and gas regulations in Europe, and the idea of coordinating with Amsterdam officials feels both timely and exciting.
I’ve been working on a case in the Permian Basin recently, and it’s made me more aware of cross-border legal frameworks — so this could actually be a useful extension of my practice. That said, I’m still trying to finalize my travel plans for next spring, so I’d like to get a clearer timeline on when the appointment might be scheduled in Amsterdam.
Just to confirm: would you be able to share the exact steps needed after I provide my passport and contact details? Also, is there a specific format or type of passport copy you’d prefer — like a scanned page with a watermark or just the data page? And do you have any idea how long the processing usually takes once all documents are submitted?
Looking forward to hearing from you — and to the possibility of working together.
Warm regards,
Danny Smith

Dear friend,
I would be writing you this email for the very last time. I have no
business with your contract and cross borders oil and gas discussion . I
am Not interested in all of that. I want you to read the below one after
the other to understand everything concerning this transaction and if you
do not understand or continue asking nonsense repeated questions, I would
just stop talking to you and cancel the power of attorney.
1, The power of attorney is ready, the attachment is the power of attorney,
I just want you to see it. I will not send you the deposit certificate and
the Amsterdam contact details that you will contact yet, until I am
satisfied with your response. Because I will not continue wasting my time
repeating the same thing again. You have to concentrate and carefully read
this email.
2, I made the deposits of these funds in 2018 for safe keeping purposes.
Since we have a problem with the American and UK governments. I have to
change the funds ownership legally and transfer the funds in your name from
Amsterdam to your American account as investment funds. My name will not
show in any of the documents, because the funds will be legally changed in
your name and it will be transferred as your name as investment funds to
your country account as investment funds. That is simple to understand. In
the power of attorney, they will not state the amount there , for security
reasons. You should go through the power of attorney and the deposit
certificate. You will understand more.
3, When you are doing your contract business , did you not submit your
personal details? Why is it difficult for you to provide your personal
details? You can not expect me to trust you with funds of $355 millions
dollars without me having your information.
4, This is not a transaction that is very difficult. This is just for you
to go to Amsterdam and have a meeting with the official and give them the
cash of 9,466 euro dury the meeting for the legal change of funds to your
name and transfer the funds in your name to your America account as
investment funds and all the original legal documents would be given to
you, because your America bank may ask of the source of funds.
5, You do not need a visa to go to Amsterdam to get this done. It is
something you can just decide and tell them you want to go for vacation and
get your ticket. This process of the funds would not take you more than 24
hours in Amsterdam and after everything you come back to America, because
this transaction needs urgent attention. If I am satisfied with your
response, I will send you the Amsterdam contact details and you will
contact them with the power of attorney, deposit certificate, your passport
copy and your information. The Amsterdam official will also like to discuss
with you on phone and emails to give you an appointment date.
6, Your passport has even expired, I do not see how you would be able to
make the trip to Amsterdam next week.

Dear Igor,
Thank you for the detailed explanation — I’ve read it thoroughly and appreciate your clarity. I must say, I’m truly impressed by the level of organization in this process. Honestly, I’ve been thinking about this for a while now, especially after hearing about the oil and gas sector’s growth in Europe. I used to work on a case involving a pipeline dispute in the Permian Basin — it made me wonder how international investment flows work across borders. That’s why I’m so genuinely interested in this opportunity.
I’m a bit concerned about the passport expiry, though. I just checked — yes, my passport *did* expire in January 2025. I didn’t realize it was a requirement for travel to Amsterdam, and I didn’t know I’d need to renew it before the trip. Can you confirm if the Amsterdam office accepts passport renewals in progress or if I need to apply for a new one first? Also, could you clarify how the deposit certificate is tied to the power of attorney — is it a standalone document, or does it reference the original 2018 deposit?
Lastly, I’d love to know if the Amsterdam official can confirm the appointment date via phone or email — I’m thinking of scheduling a call to confirm details before I book travel. Would that be acceptable?
Looking forward to your guidance. I’m fully committed and excited to move forward.

Danny Smith
