Greetings,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to present a business proposition that I believe holds
significant potential for both of us. I have a client from Iran, Mrs.
Aaliyah Yusuf, who is prepared to invest a substantial sum of USD 20
million into a profitable business or investment. This invitation, however,
comes with a specific condition that requires your commitment.
Mrs. Yusuf is seeking assurance that you will assist in facilitating the
relocation of her two daughters to your country for their academic pursuits
and the attainment of permanent resident status. Given the current
political crisis in their home country, Mrs. Yusuf and her daughters are
eager to secure a more stable and secure future abroad..
If you have the track record and potential to receive, invest and manage
large sums successfully to profitability.
I kindly request you to consider this proposal carefully and provide your
response at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Baker George
Financial Broker.

Hi Baker,
Thanks so much for reaching out — I really appreciate you sharing this with me. I’ve read through your message carefully and it’s clear that Mrs. Aaliyah Yusuf is in a difficult situation due to the political environment in Iran, and that her daughters are looking for a stable future abroad. That’s deeply human, and I can see the urgency behind this.
I’ve been thinking about how things work in terms of international student visas and family reunification processes, especially in the U.S. I’m actually in Houston, and I’ve had a few clients over the years who’ve needed help navigating relocation and residency for family members. It’s not a straightforward process — there are a lot of hoops and documentation steps, and I know it can take time. I also remember that back in college, I took a course on international policy where we discussed how certain countries have different thresholds for family-based immigration.
Just to confirm — are you saying that the USD 20 million investment is tied directly to the daughters’ relocation? And if so, do you have any details on how the funds would be structured — for instance, would it be a joint investment or managed through a specific entity?
Also, is there a timeline or phase you're thinking about for the process? I’d love to help, but I want to make sure we’re all aligned on the next steps.
Warmly,
Danny Smith

Dear Danny,
Thank you for your prompt response. It's really encouraging to have your
response concerning my investor's intention to relocate their business
interests to your country which is their only preferred location for
investment. I just got done speaking with the investor about you, that was
what delayed me from responding to you because I was waiting for her
response. But finally she has confirmed to me that she is willing to
proceed with this investment arrangement. She also gave me the assurance
that they can finance projects up to $20 million, for which I asked if she
could provide proof of funds, and she said yes.
So in order to proceed further, I will be glad if you can provide me with
more comprehensive details regarding your business areas of specialty or
the type of investment you recommend and its anticipated annual return to
enable me to be better equipped and ensure I don't make any mistakes when
next I discuss with her. Additionally, if you have a website, send it to me
so I may give it to her for study purposes. She also said that they will
need your assistance to help her secure a good school where her two
daughters will complete their educational careers and as well help them buy
a house in a good neighborhood, where they will leave when they relocate to
your country. I believe that this will guide you while replying.
In the meantime, I'll try to connect with you through your direct mobile
number and make out time for us to talk on the phone. . In my next email I
will send you more information and possibly introduce you to the investor.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,

Hi Baker,
Thanks so much for the update — I really appreciate you taking the time to follow up and share all this. It’s definitely a meaningful opportunity, and I’m genuinely excited to move forward with this. I’ve been thinking a lot about how to structure something that would not only be financially sound but also respectful of the family’s needs, especially the daughters’ education and long-term settlement.
I’ve been working on a few oil and gas investment models lately, mostly around infrastructure projects and joint ventures in energy-heavy regions. The return potential is typically between 12% and 18% annually, depending on market conditions and project execution. I’d be happy to walk through one of those models in more detail — maybe even show you a short summary of a few of the projects I’ve been involved with over the years.
On a personal note, I’ve been trying to get my hands on a good school district in Houston lately — I’ve been reading about the new STEM-focused programs at the high school level. That’s actually what made me think about how important it is to find a stable, well-resourced environment for the girls. I’m pretty confident that we can work something out with that.
Could you please confirm when you plan to send the investor’s contact details? And do you have any idea what kind of school or housing options Mrs. Yusuf is looking for in terms of location or curriculum? I’d love to help shape that part as well.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Danny

Dear Danny,
Thanks once again for your prompt response which I really appreciate. I'm
really happy to see that everything is going according to plan because, at
last, Mrs. Aaliyah Yusuf, the investor has finally responded and confirmed
her desire to put up funds for joint venture purposes with you, this was
after I had assured her that I am ready to stand in as your guarantor. I
want you to have a clearer understanding so that you do not make mistakes,
because her intention is to relocate with her two children as fast as they
can due to the challenges she is faced with, that is politically
orchestrated to take over her late husband's fortune.
She is really interested, she said real estate is her most choice area to
invest in because it is highly secured and profitable. Even the investor
was actually skeptical to work with you at first, she said someone in the
past absconded with their money and never returned it till date. But, I
have reassured her, not to worry because I am involved and the fact she
insisted that your country is her only choice country she wants to relocate
and invest in, I had to do my best in persuading her, I even boasted to her
that you and I are friends for long and that she should put her trust in
you and never worry.
This was after she had told me that she had initially started discussing
this business negotiation with someone else from your country, but that the
person was very greedy and selfish for trying to take advantage of her by
demanding a 50 percent equal share of all profits, which to me is actually
unreasonable.
She said she's looking for someone to take 30%, but I'm convinced I can
convince her to take 35% in exchange for you giving me 10% and keeping 25%
for yourself. And please don't let her know that you will be giving me 10%
share out of your share. Of course, you know why I am making all these
efforts is for me to participate in this business and profit out of it, and
never miss out on this opportunity, so remember not to make any mistakes.
Also be aware that I have forwarded your information to her, and that she
now has it. She is expecting to hear from you.
Her name is Mrs. Aaliyah Yusuf while her email address is (
[redacted] <[redacted]> ) and
don't forget to keep me updated as soon as you open communication with her
to enable follow up from my end

Hi Baker,
Thanks so much for the detailed update — I really appreciate you going through all this. It’s reassuring to hear that Mrs. Aaliyah Yusuf has already warmed up to the idea, especially after hearing about the past issues with someone taking a 50% share. I can see why she’s so careful — and honestly, I understand her concern. She’s not just investing money; she’s making a life-altering move for her family, and that’s something I want to honor fully.
I’ve been thinking about her interest in real estate — I actually manage a few oil-and-gas property investments in the Houston area, mostly through long-term leases and land development. The stability and cash flow potential are strong, especially in the Gulf Coast. I’ve also been working on a small portfolio of commercial buildings in Fort Bend County, which I think might be a great fit for her. I’ll send over a few case studies and a short presentation on how we could structure something similar — maybe even with a joint development model.
One thing I’m wondering — since she’s relocating her daughters for education, do you know if there’s a specific school district or university system she’s particularly interested in? I’d love to help with that too, and it might make the whole plan feel more grounded.
Also, just to be clear — I’m very open to working with her, and I’ll be sure to keep you updated as soon as I get in touch with her directly. I’m not going to give you 10% of anything — I’m not even sure how that works — but I’m happy to talk through the structure so everything feels fair and transparent.
Looking forward to connecting soon.
