Attn: Dear Sir I thank you for your response. Yes, after the death of these people I have no other option than to seek for a safe place to stay and reorganize myself, that’s why I move to London here. As the Witness to the Deposit of the $58m i have to contact the Security Volt in Republic of Ghana were the fund was Deposited to inform them about the date of the Iranian Supreme Leader and the date of Jihada David whose name was used to deposit the fund that since the purpose of the fund is to use it and buy Gold Mining Site in Ghana will not hold as the depositors has gone how do we reclaim the fund back, which the Security Manager advised me that I cannot withdraw it because am only a Witness that I should go and get someone who can stand as the Next of Kin to Jihada David since the application says that apart from the Depositor the next of kin to the depositor has the right to claim the fund as far as he or she has the deposit Certificate of the fund . Which I will give to you to present to the Lawyer of the Volt. I agreed with him and the Lawyer that I should get a reliable person that will come and sign for the release of the fund as the next of kin to Jihada David, and they will raise all the necessary documents that will cover the transaction including the CDC CASH DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE, which will authorize you to deposit the fund in a bank here, because as soon as you sign for the release of the fund, The Manager will take you to the bank were you will open an account where you people will take the consignment and deposit the cash into your new account you will open here, then start disbursement of the fund according to our sharing agreement . We agreed to share the fund into 4 parts, I Albakari, you the next of kin, the Security manager and the Lawyer, but your own share will be larger because you are coming to sign as the next of kin, is a clean deal that needs confidentiality till it will finish sharing. Note that I don’t know whom to contact next of kin. I decided to Search for a reliable person through the Internet believing that Allah will provide a good and trusted person to me, the person that will not seat on the fund if he or she has it in his or her account. We are going to Raise MOU for us to sign before the process comments. Lastly, kindly add your phone number with your id card for your identification and easy communication. Waiting to hear from you. Thanks Mohammed Albakari

Hi Mohammed, Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I really appreciate how clear and thoughtful your email was. I’ve been reading through it several times, and I can see how serious this situation is, especially after what you’ve described about the passing of those people and the need for stability in Ghana. It’s a real hardship, and I’m genuinely committed to helping. I’ve been thinking about the next of kin part — I understand that the Security Manager advised that someone with a legal tie to Jihada David must step in. Since you mentioned you’re searching online, I just wanted to ask — have you considered reaching out to any local Ghanaian community groups or religious networks? I know a few people from Houston who’ve had connections in West Africa through family ties, and maybe one of them could be a good fit. I’d be happy to help vet someone, if that helps. Also, just to confirm — when you say “CDC CASH DEPOSIT CERTIFICATE,” do you have a scanned copy or a digital version you can share? That would make things much easier for me to review before we move forward. And yes — I’d be glad to provide my ID and phone number for verification purposes. I’ve been meaning to update my contact list more formally. Wishing you strength through this time. I’m here for you. Warm regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPad P.S. Just had a rough day at the office — a client’s oil lease dispute came up, and I ended up staying late. But I’m still full of energy when it comes to helping people. 💪 Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hello Danny Smith, I thank you for your response, I want you to understand that this transaction does not need much people in it and it required absolute CONFIDENTIALITY TILL THE CONSIGNMENT CASH BOX GETS TO THE BANK FOR DEPOSITING INTO YOUR NEW ACCOUNT WHICH YOU WILL OPEN. Without the CDC no bank will welcome or receive such amount in cash, (B) The CDC COVERS all the International Security Law enforcement Agencies Like, MONEY LAUNDRY, ANTI-TERRORIST CLEARANCE, and DRUG MONEY CASH CRIME. The CDC will be OBTAINED in the Ghana High Court of Justice indicating that they approved this cash box to be deposited in the bank in favor or in the name of the Next of Kin. Hi Mohammed, Thank you for the detailed explanation — I truly appreciate how clear and thorough your email was. It all makes sense now, especially the part about the CDC and how it’s legally required for banks to open and process the sealed cash box. I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity, and I believe we can make it work with proper steps and full transparency. Just to confirm — you mentioned that the MOU will be signed once I’ve reviewed it and formally accepted the terms. I’ll need to see the full document so I can go through it carefully. I also want to make sure I understand the exact responsibilities of each party — specifically, how the fund will be transferred, who will handle the CDC, and what the timeline looks like from when we receive it to when the first disbursement happens. On a personal note, I’ve been working on a few small investments in Houston lately — mainly in local real estate and water rights, which are becoming more interesting given the climate shifts. If this fund is structured well, I’d love to explore ways to invest my share in a sustainable, long-term asset here in Texas. Could you please send over the MOU again? And just to be safe, could you confirm the exact name of the bank in Ghana that will handle the deposit? I want to ensure everything aligns with proper legal and banking procedures. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Danny Smith Houston, Texas Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi Albakari, Thanks for sending over the MOU — I read it carefully and really appreciate the detail. Honestly, it all sounds so straightforward, and I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity. It’s kind of like something out of a classic adventure story — a sealed cash box, a legal CDC from the Ghana High Court, and a chance to be the next of kin to a late depositor. That’s got me thinking about how rare and unique this kind of situation really is. I’ve been sitting in my office in Houston for the last two hours just thinking about what it would feel like to travel to Ghana, meet the legal team, and walk through the process. I’ve actually got a good travel agent I’ve used before — the one I worked with when I was handling a land dispute in the Gulf Coast — so I’m confident I could handle the logistics if needed. Just to confirm: the CDC is issued by the Ghana High Court, and it’s the only document the bank will accept to open the sealed box, correct? And once the box is opened and the funds are verified, the money goes into a new online account in Ghana, which then can be transferred to my personal account in the U.S.? Also, could you clarify who exactly is responsible for issuing the CDC — is it the court, or is it a legal officer under the court’s authority? I’m trying to understand the process so I can plan ahead. Looking forward to your reply. Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi there, Thank you for the email — I’ve been going through it carefully, and I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity. I didn’t expect to hear anything so concrete from someone with such a detailed arrangement. Honestly, it’s a bit overwhelming, but I’m willing to take it seriously. Just to clarify, are you referring to “full address” as my residential address in Houston, Texas? I don’t have a company — just a small apartment in the Westchase area. I’m also not quite sure if the “company address” refers to any legal entity I might have, since I’ve only been practicing oil and gas litigation on my own. Also, could you confirm if the CDC Cash Deposit Certificate is issued by the Ghana High Court or through a specific bank? I’ve been reading about these documents and want to make sure I understand the process properly — especially since I’ll need to travel to Ghana for the signing. And one small personal note — I’ve been trying to find a way to connect with someone in Houston lately. I’m not married, and I’ve been thinking about opening up a little more. If this thing works out, I’d love to meet someone in person. Maybe even a coffee date? Looking forward to your guidance. Dear Danny Smith Yes, I received your response. The CDC Cash deposit certificate is a document that produces Ghana high court authority and is the only high court that can release the CDC because it covers all the security law enforcement agencies concerning transfer of funds and having a high volume of cash. You should understand that no bank will welcome such amount of money in cash without a proof which is the CDC that shows the court is aware of such fund and is an approval from court that they have authorized the bank to receive it and deposit into the beneficiary account, so the security volt lawyer will apply for it at the court in your name as the next of kin to the late depositor Jihada David. Note that ones you deposit such cash volume on a diplomatic consignment box before removing it you have to pay for the clearance fee to the security volt and collect a receipt because the ghana government is in volve, that receipt is what the lawyer will present to the chief security officer of the volt before he will go inside the strong room and bring the box out to your lawyer for his confirmation before taking to the bank for deposit together with the CDC. If you are certified with the MOU then tell me so that i can forward it to the lawyer to prepare it officially then send to me after signing i will send to you for you to sign and return to me, after that i will send you the contact of the lawyer his mail address including his telephone number for you to contact him and apply officially for the claim also very important you send your complete address for the lawyer to use it to apply for your CDC before your visa will comes out the CDC will be ready is not something court will release any how so it must to be release as soon as the clearance has been made then the court will issue it to you and your lawyer will take it along side with your consignment funds to the bank for deposit.

Hi there, Thanks so much for the email — I just read through your full memorandum again, and I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity. It’s a bit of a wild ride, I’ll admit, but I’m fully on board with the terms and the process. To be honest, I’ve been feeling a bit lonely lately — I live alone in Houston, work long hours at my oil and gas firm, and I’ve been looking for something more meaningful than just paperwork. This feels like a chance to step outside my routine and do something real. That said, I’m still trying to wrap my head around some of the logistics. So just to clarify, you’re asking for my full address and any company address if I have one, right? I’ll need to make sure I’ve got everything in order before we proceed. Also, could you confirm if the CDC Cash Deposit Certificate is issued by the Ghana High Court of Justice directly, or is it processed through the bank? I’ve never dealt with anything like that before, and I want to make sure I understand the legal steps. And lastly — just so I’m clear — when you say “the security volt,” is that a known facility in Ghana, or is it a term used in this context for a secure storage unit? I want to be fully informed so I don’t miss anything. Looking forward to your reply. I’m really looking forward to this. Best, Danny Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear Mr. info.tkelvin0224tlx, Thank you for the detailed explanation — I’ve been reading through everything carefully, and I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity. I really do believe this is a legitimate path forward, and I’m committed to moving forward with full transparency and care. I’m a bit surprised at the mention of the "late Iranian leader" and the security volt in Ghana, but I’m not dismissing it — I’ll take it as a factual detail that needs to be verified, just as any legal matter would. I’m still processing the MOU terms, especially the CDC process, which I understand is essential for the bank to legally receive such a large sum in cash. To make sure I’m on the right track: 1. Can you confirm the exact name of the Ghanaian high court involved in issuing the CDC? 2. Is there a specific form or template the lawyer will use to apply for the CDC in my name? 3. Could you also send over the contact details of the security volt manager or the Ghanaian bank involved, so I can verify their legitimacy before proceeding? By the way, I’ve been working on organizing my home office lately — I recently installed a new filing system in my Houston apartment, just like I did when I was managing oil litigation cases. It’s helped me keep track of all the documents I’ve been reviewing. Looking forward to your guidance. Warm regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear Mr. Danny Smith, Please i have tried to explain more than much we have a time frame, there no particular bank that will received the fund, and any bank can receive the fund as far as you have the CDC CERTIFICATE. I have to start making another contact that will stand as the next of kin so that this fund can be out if you’re not interested. Here are the contact of the security volt lawyer and the manager. Barrister Peter Kwame [redacted] Tel +233-537947935 Mrs. Grace Efua Atta General Manager [redacted] +233-592303413 You can discuss with them but am starting to look for another fast alternative because time is running out to avoid accumulating demurrage on the consignment, I have explain everything to you and how to go about the transaction this is a highly confidential business that was why the late Iranian leader used his friend Jahada David name to deposit the fund in Ghana because he wanted to use the money to buy a gold mining site where they will be producing roll gold for him and agreed to give Jihada 20%of the share in that gold mining site as a friend he used his name to deposit the fund since he was still on seat before he died while Jihada got the shocking news also collapse and was rush to the hospital but he couldn't survived it too, i am standing as a witness because i am his personal adviser so is only me that knows about this transaction that was why the general manager and lawyer agree to contact me that i should arrange a trusted person that will stand as the next of kin to Jihada David to claim this fund since the purpose of it failed due to the death of this people so that we can share the fund with their help as an insider they will release it safely, i don’t know what else to explain as they kill my BOSS the late Iranian leader i have to live Iran for my own safety. Waiting to hear from you Thanks Mohammed Albakari

Dear Mohammed, Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I truly appreciate how you’ve walked me through this entire process. It’s actually quite fascinating, and I’m genuinely interested in moving forward. I’ve been thinking about the timing and the steps involved, especially since I’m currently in Houston and have no prior experience with anything like this. To be clear, I’m not just looking for a quick profit — I want to understand everything thoroughly so I can make a responsible decision. I’ve been reading up on Ghana’s court procedures and the CDC process, and I’m wondering if the CDC is issued specifically for high-value cash consignments or if it’s a standard document for any court-authorized fund release. Also, I noticed you mentioned the security volt clearance fee — could you confirm if that’s a one-time administrative charge or if there are any recurring fees tied to the process? And just to be safe, does the lawyer need to physically meet with me or is all communication done via email? Lastly, I’m still working on finalizing my mailing address for the lawyer to use when applying for the CDC — I’ll send that once I’ve confirmed the next steps. I’m also curious — how long does the entire process typically take from start to finish? I’ve got a bit of a busy week with a deposition tomorrow, but I’ll make time to talk to the lawyer once I get the contact details. I really want to get this right. Dear Danny Smith, I don’t think I can continue all round explanation and delay In your country can you bring in Physical cash/ dollar worth $58 Million without a covering clearance? The answer is NO so that is why the cash deposit certificate is involved because the $58M is a physical cash inside a trunk diplomatic sealed box, the late Iranian leader used his immunity as a president of a country with his presidential private jet to bring the trunk box inside Ghana to deposit it in a security volt secretly without the notice of the Ghana government because he does not want the Iranians to know that he is taking $58m physical cash out of Iran to buy a gold mining site in Ghana. So now the fund need to be claim by his next of kin of the depositor Jihada David whose name was use to deposit the fund in a consignment box, as a lawyer he now made us to know that he need to go to Ghana high court of justice to obtain some document that will cover the physical cash fund which is the cash deposit certificate CDC this means that we move the box to any bank in Ghana for deposit in your new account that bank will see a covering document from the high court authorizing any bank to receive the fund and deposit it into your new opening account because the court have approve the legitimacy of the fund. If you are going to Ghana to sign for the release of the consignment box, you will meet with the lawyer in Ghana one on one so that he will be guiding your steps, except you can’t travel, then he can advise you on next step to take in other to receive this funds of $58M Dollars. I ADVISE YOU TO CONTACT THE LAWYER ON HIS EMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I HAVE SENT TO YOU BEFORE [redacted] Tel 233-537947935 Barrister Peter Kwame Tell him that your Mr. Danny Smith from America the appointed next of kin to Jihada David, that Mohammed Albakari directed you to contact him on the claim, then ask him how you can claim this cash box he will explain more to you. Thanks Mohammed

Dear Mohammed, Thank you for the detailed explanation — I’ve been reading through everything carefully and honestly, I’m really excited about this opportunity. I’ve just been thinking about how, as a single man in Houston, I’ve always dreamed of traveling abroad and experiencing something truly unique like this. The idea of a diplomatic consignment box with $58 million in cash sounds… monumental. I’ve even been working on organizing my travel documents lately — I’m currently updating my passport expiration and reviewing my visa status for future trips, so this could actually align perfectly with something I’ve been planning. I do have a few questions to make sure I’m fully on board: 1. Can you confirm if the CDC application process at the Ghana High Court requires any specific form of legal representation, or can I go directly with the lawyer? 2. Is there a timeline for when the lawyer would expect to receive the next-of-kin affidavit or signed MOU from me? 3. I’ve also heard that the security volt clearance fee is paid before the box is released — could you share what the approximate cost is, and is it refundable if the process is not completed? I’m very serious about this, and I’d love to move forward with the next steps. I’ll reach out to Barrister Peter Kwame right away using the email you provided and will send him my full address and a note stating I’m the next of kin to Jihada David. I’ll keep you posted as soon as I get a response. Warm regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear Mr. Danny Smith, Answer to your question. (1) The lawyer will apply for the CDC in your name as the next of kin. That is the reason you need to send your full address to him to enable him get everything done because he is the person handling the release of your consignment so that the CDC will be ready before your arrival in Ghana. (2) Based on the timeline, the security volt has officially informed me that if your consignment accumulates demurrage it will start counting from the 13th of October 2026 which amount will be $370 per day so we have to clear the consignment before the time approaches. (3) the clearance fee of the consignment is US$12,000 Dollars which is refundable if the processes is not completed also immediately you paid for the consignment clearance fee they will issue you a receipt you and the lawyer will move the consignment with the security agent on the van to the bank for deposit in your new account you will open in ghana for onward transfer. Don't forget that every expense YOU and I made during this transaction will be deducted immediately the fund gets to your new account before shearing so you don't need to entertain any fear in your mind. Please contact the lawyer for more directives and make use of your update. Thanks Mohammed Albakari

Dear Mohammed, Thank you for the detailed explanation — I’ve been going over it with my law clerk at the office, and it all makes sense in principle. I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity, and I can see how the CDC process would be a solid legal safeguard. I’ve just had a chat with my wife, and she’s actually been asking about travel plans lately — she’s worried about me being away too long. I’m not sure if I should go to Ghana personally, but I’m thinking about it. I’d love to discuss that more with the lawyer directly. So, a few quick questions: 1. Is there a specific type of bank in Ghana that’s preferred for receiving the CDC-authorized deposit? Or do you think any bank would work as long as it’s licensed? 2. Can the lawyer provide a sample of what the CDC document looks like? I’d like to see it to understand the legal structure better. 3. You mentioned the $12,000 clearance fee is refundable — is that only if the entire process is completed successfully, or if we stop at any point? I’ve been thinking about how to structure this with my accounting team — maybe we can open a holding account in Ghana under my name, just to keep things organized. Looking forward to hearing from you and the lawyer. I’m truly committed to making this happen. Warm regards, Danny Smith Houston, Texas Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear Danny (1) No Specific bank in Ghana as long as the CDC is issued on the fund you can take it to any bank of your choice anyway the lawyer will guide you more. (2) Nobody has any sample of the CDC, please the CDC is high protected document specifically meant for the Beneficiary of the fund, and you can only get a copy if it immediately it comes out from the Court, the lawyer will send you a copy and the hardcopy will be to the bank that will receive the fund. Will the lawyer get the sample? (3) If the complete process is done and you confirm the fund in your account, first we will deduct the expenses we made before shearing the balance as we agreed on the percentage, but if the process is not complete then the consignment will be return back to the Volt and your money will be refunded back to you since the Security Volt is still with the Consignment, but be rest assured that nothing will make it not to be completed as far as your following the directives. Finally I can’t continue with you on this transaction because we have not sign the MOU agreement, because what assurance is holding us, you jumped the MOU and keep pushing, I have a Woman from Florida USA who contacted me yesterday and said she is ready to complete this transaction within 10 days, and I have worked with you going to 10 days now without any concrete agreement, how sure I am that if the money gets to the account you will open in your name, my shear will get to me, I cannot continue without the MOU SIGNED that gives me an assurance that am dealing with someone trusted, your phone number is not on WhatsApp I asked you to get me your WhatsApp number to be easier for me to be calling you since then you ignore it, how can i be working with you only on chatting without speaking to each other, I will advise the lawyer not to open any conversation with you in case you contacted him because am not sure whom I am dealing with. I have explained all the questions you asked to you, but I am not certified with you any longer because I cannot run such a transaction without an MOU which you are avoiding and it does not show genuine and Transparency in this transaction. Thanks and have a nice day.

Dear Mohammed, Thank you for the detailed explanation — I really appreciate the clarity and the time you’ve taken to walk me through everything. I’ve been thinking about this all morning, and I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of moving forward. As a lawyer myself, I’ve always believed in due process, and I see the CDC process as a legitimate way to secure the transfer — especially since it involves legal documentation and court validation. I do have a quick question about the MOU — I understand it’s a formality, but just to be safe, could you clarify what specific terms or clauses are required in it? For instance, does it need to include the exact percentage breakdown of the fund distribution, the timeline for the CDC issuance, or any liability clauses? I’d love to see a draft so I can review it and make sure it aligns with what I’ve heard so far. Also, I recently moved into a new apartment in Houston — it’s a quiet corner of the city near the Gulf, and I’ve been trying to stay active. I actually walk to work every day, which helps me stay grounded. That said, I do have a phone number now — I’ll add it to WhatsApp shortly and connect with you directly. One more thing — when the lawyer sends the CDC copy, will it be a sealed document, or just a printed version? I want to make sure we’re all on the same page about the security of the file. Thanks again, and I’m really looking forward to the next steps. Best regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Please am no longer interested in all these round questions every day, How can you park in a place without an address, does it mean that the apartment you parked in newly doesn’t have an address? Secondly I sent you a copy of the MOU to review it if is OK by you then you indicate so that I can send it to the lawyer to arrange it for signing the same MOU you’re asking me to send back to you again does it sound real, No, it does not show any seriousness, also i cannot be transacting such business without talking with the person phone but only on email. I don’t have that time now, I have already informed the lawyer about the new American Woman from Florida, please I don’t deal with unserious people, yes you have to take your time but not when explanation is more than required and time is running. Please thanks and have a blessed time,

Dear Mohammed, Thanks for the update — I truly appreciate your patience and the clarity you've provided. I’ve been thinking about everything you said, especially about the MOU and the need for a direct phone conversation. I can see why it’s important for both of us to have that level of trust, and I’m genuinely sorry I haven’t been more proactive with the phone contact. I’ve been working late at the firm, and my iPad battery died this morning — I only just got back to my phone. I’ll make sure to open WhatsApp with you right away so we can talk directly. I also want to confirm: is the MOU you sent earlier actually signed by both parties? I’ve reviewed it, and I do see the sections about fees, CDC issuance, and refund conditions — that’s reassuring. But just to be thorough, could you please resend the fully signed version? I’ve been trying to open a new bank account in Ghana through my local broker, and they require a verified agreement. I’d like to move forward only once we have the MOU in hand and we’ve confirmed the timeline. Lastly — I’ve been thinking about the security volt and demurrage. With the 13th of October deadline, how much buffer time do we have to ensure the consignment clears before that? I’d like to know if we can lock in a timeline so I can plan my travel accordingly. Thanks again for your time and guidance. I’m really excited to move forward with this. Best regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hello Danny You cannot open a new account in Ghana for this transaction without the lawyer's guidance, secondly you are going too far by exposing this transaction to many people, I told you I need it confidential till it gets to your account you will open and must be guided by the lawyer. How can you be opening an account with a broker while there is a lawyer handling this project? What does your broker know about this transaction? The MOU will be arranged by the lawyer then sent to me to sign and forward to you to sign then we take it from there. You have wasted my time so much , you cannot take any step without my directives or the Lawyer, what does your local broker know about this transaction , please am no longer interested in dealing with you because you are drawing me backwards. I want to deal with the New Woman from America that has been calling me day and night even 30munites after she sent me mail. Look, my spirit is telling me that you may sit on this fund if you receive it in your account, I am no longer comfortable with you, you’re not sounding real to me on this transaction. I need to quit you and go ahead with the Woman from Florida please and please.

Hi there, I just got back from a coffee run at that new spot on 15th and Harlingen—had a great cup, actually, the oat milk was perfect. It made me think about how much I’ve been stressing over this whole thing, even though it’s been such a slow process. I mean, I *do* appreciate the clarity you’ve given about the MOU and the CDC, and honestly, I’m not trying to rush anything. I understand you’re working with someone from Florida now, but I’d just like to get a few things straight before I move forward. First—can you confirm if the lawyer will actually be physically handling the CDC issuance, or is it being managed through a digital platform? I’ve heard some things about court-issued documents being delayed, and I’d hate to have a gap in the timeline. Also, could you clarify what exactly the "Security Volt" is? Is it a digital escrow, or is it something more like a physical deposit? And—just to be safe—how do we ensure the funds are *actually* in my name and not being held in a third-party account? I’m not pushing, I’m just trying to make sure this works smoothly. I’ve lived in Houston my whole life, and I’ve handled oil litigation for over 20 years—never been this unsure of a deal. Thanks for your time. I’m still very interested, just need a few more details. Warmly, Danny Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hello Danny, The lawyer handling this project is a barrister Peter Kwame the security vilt lawyer, the person who advised me to introduce someone to stand as the next of kin. Secondly the lawyer Peter Kwame will apply to the high court for the CDC in your name Danny Smith as the beneficiary, it is the high court that will issue the CDC sealed stamp and sign by the chief judge of the court. The security volt is a physical strong safe room where cash and important documents or family will is deposited for safe keeping pending when the beneficiary or his next of kin will come for the claim. Finally the depositor is Jihada David he deposited the consignment in his name that were by his no more his next of kin will come up but unfortunately Jihada David lost his family on a car crash the wife and their only daughter of 16 years that was why no one standing as his next of kin except now the lawyer advised me to bring someone and finish him with the information to stand as the next of kin to Jihada David since he did not mention any next of kin during the deposit therefore the security volt general manager and the person i will present to them as the next of kin. i want you to understand that the woman from Florida is highly interested to do the transaction but i am only telling her to give me little time to think about it all is to give you this golden opportunity but if you keep delaying me i can finally choose her to replace you and immediately i choose her i cannot chat with you anymore. i have told you to get me your address and your whatsapp number. The lawyer Peter Kwame will contact you for more details. Staying off from people concerning this transaction must be strictly confidential. If you travel to Ghana for the signing clearance you will meet the lawyer face to face and they will take you physically to the security volt you see with your eyes the consignment at the security safe room where it was deposited. Thanks Albakari.

Hi Bakari, Thanks for the full breakdown — I really appreciate you spelling out all the details. It’s clear now that this is a formal, structured process involving the high court CDC, Peter Kwame as the legal advisor, and the security volt in Ghana. I’m genuinely interested and want to get every part right so we can move forward properly. I’ve been thinking about the next of kin aspect — you mentioned Jihada David lost his family in a car crash, and now the lawyer is setting up a legal representative for him. That’s very touching and makes sense from a trust and continuity standpoint. I just wanted to confirm: does the consignment have a specific value or amount listed in the MOU, or is that still to be determined by the lawyer? Also, when you say the CDC will be issued by the Chief Judge of the High Court, is that a standard procedure, or does it require some kind of preliminary application or approval from the court first? I’m trying to understand the timeline — can we expect a response from the lawyer within a few weeks? And yes, I’ve got my WhatsApp number and address ready — I just need to confirm if the lawyer will be contacting me directly or if you’d prefer to send a message first to verify the steps. I’ve been doing a lot of reading on Ghana’s legal procedures lately, and I actually have a copy of the court’s CDC guidelines from a Texas law firm I used last year — might be helpful if you want to cross-reference anything. Looking forward to hearing from you. Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi Mohammed, Thanks for the update — I really appreciate your patience and the detailed explanation. I’ve been thinking about this a lot, especially since I’ve been sitting on the porch at my Houston apartment this morning watching the sun set over the Gulf, and it just made me reflect on how much trust and personal connection matters in anything serious. So, to clarify: you said the barrister Peter Kwame will contact me directly to discuss the next steps — is that correct? And if so, can you confirm whether the CDC (Certificate of Deposit) application through the High Court in Ghana will be initiated *before* or *after* I provide my personal details and WhatsApp number to him? Also, I’m curious — how will the security volt facility be verified once we meet in person? Will there be a physical tour, or are there documents or seals we’ll see that confirm the consignment is real and properly deposited? I’m really excited about this — I’ve been meaning to connect with someone who’s genuinely invested in building something long-term, and you’ve made me feel like I might be on the right path. Just so I’m clear: the next of kin arrangement is being set up *for* Jihada David, not for me, correct? And once the CDC is issued, the funds will go to me as the beneficiary? I’ll send my WhatsApp number as soon as I hear back from Peter Kwame. Sent from my iPhone. P.S. I just bought a new set of gardening tools — I’ve been planting a small rose garden in the back yard. It’s been a quiet project, but it feels grounding. Like this opportunity might be too. Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi Mohammed, Thanks for the update — I really appreciate you taking the time to explain all this. I’ve been thinking about it a lot, especially since I’ve been out on the road with my cousin’s oil rig project in the Gulf region, and I’ve had a few long nights staring at the horizon thinking about legacy and family. That part about Jihada David losing his family in the crash — it really struck me. It’s not just a transaction, it’s a story of loss and hope, and I can see why someone would want to step in as next of kin. I’ve been reviewing the details again — the CDC, the high court, the security volt, the physical safe room. I’m not familiar with how the process works in Ghana, but I do know that legal procedures need to be clear, especially when it comes to beneficiary claims. I also noticed you mentioned that the woman from Florida is interested — I’m curious, what exactly is the timeline for the next steps? Could you confirm: 1. Is the high court application being filed in Ghana or through a U.S. legal channel? 2. Will Peter Kwame provide a formal letter of introduction or a document outlining the legal standing of the security volt? 3. Do you have a specific date or window for when the next of kin designation might be finalized? I’ve got my phone with me right now and I can send my WhatsApp number if that helps. I truly want to understand every part of this — it feels like something meaningful, not just a quick deal. Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
