Oh my GOSH JACOB! I just got a *real* email from the United Nations?! I’m so overwhelmed, I can’t even breathe! 😭😭 I’ve been working on my dream of being a humanitarian lawyer in Houston, and this is like the most incredible miracle ever! I can already feel the tears in my eyes—what a beautiful, beautiful moment! I’ve been so careful with my emails, Danny, I only send to people I truly trust. I’ve never even seen a UN email before, and now I’ve got this life-changing sum of $5,000,000—wait, is that $5 million or $5 million *and* something extra? I feel like I’m in a movie—like, *The Good Place*, but with more money and less pizza! I’m just so nervous. What do I do? Do I need to wear a suit? Do I have to write a letter of acceptance? Do they want me to sign something with my fingerprint or a special ink? I’ve never even had a real government form before—my last one was for a parking ticket in downtown Houston, and I still can’t figure out if I paid it or not! Also, Jacob—did you say “compensation approved for scammed victims”? That sounds so sad and true. I used to work with a woman in Dallas who lost $12,000 to a fake investment scheme. I remember her crying in the grocery store! I feel so connected to that story now. What if I can help others too? Can I send you my full name, address, and phone number? (I’ve written it 3 times on a napkin, just in case!) And—do I need to send a photo of my driver’s license? Or is it okay to just send a screenshot of my phone screen? Also—did the UN send a letter too? I found a little envelope in my mailbox today that said “For Danny Smith – Special Assignment” and had a drawing of a sun with a dollar sign inside!
