Hi Ahmed, Thanks for your message — I actually just got back from a quick coffee run at the corner shop near the Houston courthouse, and I realized I’d been meaning to check in properly on your offer. I appreciate you reaching out and making the effort to connect. I’m a little busy these days with a few new cases wrapping up in the oil and gas sector — especially around production rights disputes — so I’d love to hear more about the opportunity. I’m not exactly sure how it works, but I do feel like it could be something meaningful if done right. Could you clarify a few things? 1. Is this something that’s already been approved or is it still in the early stages of development? 2. Are there any specific documents or forms I’d need to sign or review before we move forward? 3. Do you have a preferred time for a call next week? I’m available most days between 9 and 11 a.m. Central time — though I do sometimes get interrupted by phone calls from my nephew, who’s still trying to learn how to handle a pressure washer. I’d be genuinely interested in learning more, especially if it involves real-world involvement. I mean, I’ve spent years dealing with complicated contracts and property rights — it might just be the kind of thing I can help with. Looking forward to hearing from you. How are you? Trust you are well Thanks once again for your response. I really appreciate At this stage of our relationship, it might sound unrealistic, being that we do not know each other yet, I believe that whatever that is meant to be must surely be. It is important I give you the full information on the steps we shall follow to accomplish the transaction. First and foremost, I would like you to know that there is a friend here in South Africa who is a Banker, as a matter of fact, he has been sustaining me since I came here and he has promised to render his professional service to see that we succeed. He has been advised that the best way to go about the accomplishment of this transaction is for you to come down to South Africa for below reasons. (1) You will open a non-resident Bank account here on your name, so that we will be able to deposit the money in the account, immediately we get the money out of the Security House . According to him, the idea behind the account is that the money will be routing from your account here to your account in your country upon deposit of our inheritance. (2) We will have the opportunity to have a round table discussion on the transaction and on investment plans since we have a plan to go into a joint venture with you after the transaction in your country or any other part of the world that you may advise. (3) We will also sign various agreement documents that will bind us together just to avoid misunderstanding after the money gets into your bank account in your country and as a legal guide. I await your urgent response. Regards, Ahmed

Hi Ahmed, Thanks so much for the detailed explanation — I really appreciate you taking the time to walk me through this. It sounds like a thoughtful process, and I’m genuinely interested in understanding how we can move forward together. I’ve been thinking lately about how much I’ve missed the chance to travel and experience new cultures, especially something as rich as South Africa. In fact, last year I went to a Texas oil conference where a few folks from the region spoke about their travel to the Cape, and I found it fascinating how different the energy sector is there — both in terms of operations and culture. It made me wonder if there’s a connection between the financial systems and the way people approach business partnerships across borders. Before we go any further, I’d like to clarify a few things to make sure everything aligns with what’s legally and practically possible: 1. Can you confirm the name of the bank in South Africa that’s being referenced? 2. Is there a specific timeline or expected timeline for the deposit from the “Security House”? 3. Would you be able to share the documents or agreements you mentioned — like the joint venture terms or account opening procedures — so I can review them properly before making any travel plans? I’m excited about the possibility of building something meaningful together. Looking forward to your thoughts. Warm regards, Danny Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear Ahmed, Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I’ve been reading it through carefully and it’s actually quite fascinating. I must say, I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of this partnership, especially since you’ve mentioned the joint venture and the roundtable discussion. It does sound like a meaningful opportunity to build something lasting together. I’ve been sitting in my office in Houston for the past few hours, working on a case involving a pipeline dispute in West Texas — it’s been a long week, but now I feel like I’m finally getting a little momentum. Honestly, it’s been a bit of a lonely routine lately, and the idea of connecting with someone like you — with real intent and mutual interest — brings a real warmth to the day. To help move things forward, I’d like to confirm a few things: 1. Can you clarify the exact steps for opening the non-resident account at FNB? Specifically, is there a specific form or checklist I need to complete before I contact the bank? 2. Since the account must be opened in person, do you have any information on the nearest branch in South Africa where I might meet a representative? 3. Would it be possible to send over a sample of the partnership agreement draft before we proceed? I’d like to review it thoroughly and ensure all terms feel aligned with my expectations. I truly appreciate your patience and the trust you’ve shown in me. I’m eager to get started. Warmly, Danny Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear Ahmed, Thank you for the detailed information — I truly appreciate the time and care you’ve taken to explain this process. It’s been a bit overwhelming at first, but I’m genuinely excited about the possibility of moving forward. I’ve been thinking about how I’d like to structure things, and I’m curious to know more about the joint venture plans. What kind of investment opportunities are you envisioning? Is it something in energy, real estate, or perhaps something more diversified? Also, I’ve just been reviewing my schedule and realized I haven’t been able to travel to South Africa yet — in fact, I’ve been managing a few court cases here in Houston and have a lot of work with oil and gas litigation. That said, I do have a passport and I’m ready to go through the account setup. Could you clarify the exact steps for opening the non-resident account at FNB? Specifically, does the bank require any specific documents besides the passport, and is there a local representative or branch I’d need to visit in person? I’d also like to understand how the partnership agreement will be drafted — will it include provisions for profit-sharing, decision-making, or exit clauses? Looking forward to your guidance. I hope we can make this work together. Warm regards, Danny Smith Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
