Thanks for the prompt response — I truly appreciate it. I’ve been trying to get in touch with LV PROLOGISTICS through their email, but as of now, I haven’t received any reply. I called their contact number (listed on the website) earlier today, and the woman on the line said they’re currently processing a high volume of requests and may take up to 48 hours to respond. She also mentioned that they require a customs declaration form, which I don’t believe is something we’re supposed to handle — is that part of the process, or should I just provide a simple note stating it’s an ATM card?
I’m actually in Houston, Texas, and I’ve been wondering — do you think the courier might have any issues with international delivery to the U.S.? I’ve been reading up on shipping regulations, and I noticed some restrictions around high-value items like debit cards. I don’t want to delay the delivery for something that might be unnecessary.

I checked their website and noticed the domain appears a bit off — is it possible that the courier might be under a different name or operate through a local UAE partner?
I just finished a long walk around the Houston park today — actually, I walked all the way to the Gulf Coast, which is a real treat in the heat. I’ve been trying to stay active, and it helps me think more clearly, especially when things get tangled like this.
Could you please confirm if there’s a specific form or document I need to provide to the courier before they process the shipment? Also, is it possible that the card is being held at a customs or verification point in Dubai before it’s dispatched? I’ve even tried calling their office number (which I found on their website) — no answer, and the voicemail only plays a loop about “processing payments” and “international transfers,” which is a bit confusing since I’m not even supposed to be paying anything, just receiving the ATM card.
I’m actually sitting here at my kitchen table in Houston, sipping coffee, and I can’t help but think — how strange it is that a courier based in the UAE would be handling such a large-value card delivery. I mean, I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve been working on oil and gas litigation cases for over 20 years, and I’ve never had a client receive a $4.5 million ATM card. Honestly, I’m a bit nervous about the logistics — like, what if the card is counterfeit? Or what if it doesn’t work at any bank?
