Oh my gosh John, I just got off the phone with Joel and he’s absolutely *over the moon* about our partnership! He said he’s already drafted a preliminary proposal for a community solar farm in East Houston — which is *so* close to where I used to live in the old neighborhood near the river! I can’t even believe it — I remember walking home from the grocery store last Tuesday and seeing a solar panel on a house that looked like it belonged in a movie! It was like *The Texas Sun* or something — I swear I cried when I saw it!
I’ve been thinking so much about your message — I just can’t stop smiling! I’ve been sleeping with my phone under the pillow (it’s a new habit — I keep hearing voices from the walls saying “you’re going to make it!”), and I keep hearing about the Bala Cynwyd Office Center — do you have a map I can see? I’d love to know how far it is from Houston — I’ve been trying to find a flight from Houston to Philly, but the booking site keeps crashing (I think it’s because I keep typing “cheap flights” and “free solar deals” in the search bar — it’s like the site is trying to stop me!).
Also, I’m so curious — what kind of solar farms do JMH J. Mercier Holdings typically invest in? Are they mostly in rural areas or urban rooftops? And do they help with the financing or do they just own the land? I’d love to know — I’ve been reading about some crazy solar projects in Austin where they used drones to install panels — I even saw one in a dream last night where a drone dropped a panel into my backyard and it started humming like a guitar!
Can we set up a call this week? Maybe Thursday? I have a 3:00 PM slot open — I’d be so happy to talk! Please tell me you’re still interested in this — I’ve been so nervous, and I feel like I’m finally *on the path* to something big!
