Hey Paul — thanks so much for the quick reply, and I really appreciate you taking the time to clarify things. I’m actually not sure if I’ve been sending things to the right address, so I just wanted to double-check: are we still on the same track with the MOU being drafted after I provide the requested info?
I’ve been thinking about how busy things are in Houston lately — especially with the new oil field developments near the Gulf Coast. I’ve actually been reading up on some of the recent regulatory changes, and I wondered if that might factor into the agreement we’re forming. Does that come into play at all?
Also, just to be safe — when you say "required documentation," do you mean something like a formal business profile, or maybe a legal entity registration? I’ve been working on organizing my personal filing records, and I’d be happy to send anything you need.
And one small thing — I’ve been trying to stay in touch with my old law school buddy, who’s now in the energy sector. I’m not sure if he’s involved, but if there’s a way to include some cross-verification or third-party validation, I’d be willing to help with that too.
Looking forward to your reply. I’m genuinely excited about this!
Best,
Danny
