If you no longer wish to proceed, please give us a clear written response so that we can update our records and determine the appropriate administrative steps concerning your file.Your prompt response will help us determine whether the processing should continue or whether the file should be closed in accordance with the applicable procedures. We look forward to hearing from you.Yours sincerely,Marilin PikaroDirector of Innovation, Conduct and ConsumerEuropean Banking Authority*

Hi Marilin, Thanks so much for the email — I really appreciate you reaching out. I’ve been meaning to get back to you since the August deadline, and I’m genuinely sorry for the delay. I’ve been in the middle of some personal transitions lately — moving into a new apartment in Houston, and adjusting to a slightly different routine after the recent change in my work schedule. That’s probably why the communication slipped through the cracks. I’m still very much interested in moving forward with the claim, and I’d love to understand the exact steps needed to complete the clearance process. Could you kindly clarify: 1. What specific documentation or verification steps do we need to submit? 2. Is there a designated portal or form we’re supposed to use for the update? 3. Are there any fees or administrative charges involved in the extension process? I’ve got the time and willingness to get everything done, and I’d hate to have the file closed prematurely. I’ve also just started looking into the regional regulations around fund clearance in the EU — might be useful to know how this fits with local compliance. Looking forward to your guidance. I’ll be on the lookout for any updates. Best regards, Danny Smith Lawyer, Oil & Gas Litigation Houston, TX Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
