Hey Paul — thanks so much for the quick reply, and I really appreciate you
taking the time to clarify things. I’m actually not sure if I’ve been
sending things to the right address, so I just wanted to double-check: are
we still on the same track with the MOU being drafted after I provide the
requested info?
I’ve been thinking about how busy things are in Houston lately — especially
with the new oil field developments near the Gulf Coast. I’ve actually been
reading up on some of the recent regulatory changes, and I wondered if that
might factor into the agreement we’re forming. Does that come into play at
all?
Also, just to be safe — when you say "required documentation," do you mean
something like a formal business profile, or maybe a legal entity
registration? I’ve been working on organizing my personal filing records,
and I’d be happy to send anything you need.
And one small thing — I’ve been trying to stay in touch with my old law
school buddy, who’s now in the energy sector. I’m not sure if he’s
involved, but if there’s a way to include some cross-verification or
third-party validation, I’d be willing to help with that too.
Looking forward to your reply. I’m genuinely excited about this!
Best,
Danny

Hey Paul — thanks for getting back to me so quickly, that’s really appreciated. Yes, I’m still fully on board with the MOU being drafted once I provide the needed details. I just wanted to confirm — when you mention “required documentation,” are we talking about a formal legal entity registration, like a DBA or an LLC, or something more basic like a notarized business statement? I’ve been keeping my records in a folder labeled “Energy Sector Outreach” on my desktop, and I’ve actually been thinking about forming a limited liability entity to support this kind of project — especially given the new environmental compliance rules that came out last month.
Speaking of which, I was walking past the Houston Energy Exchange yesterday and saw a new sign about pipeline safety updates — the ones tied to the Gulf Coast operations. I’ve been trying to stay updated on those regulatory shifts, and I actually found a memo from the Texas Railroad Commission that might be relevant. If you think it would help to have a copy of that, I’d be happy to send it over — I just need to pull it from my old file cabinet.
Also, I’d love to know — is there a specific timeline for when the MOU should be ready after I submit the docs? I’ve been juggling some court filings lately, so I don’t want to miss any deadlines.
Looking forward to your thoughts — I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity.

Hey Paul — thanks again for the clear outline. I just wanted to confirm a few things to make sure we’re all aligned, especially since I’m still wrapping up some personal documents.
So, under point 5 — occupation — I’m a litigation attorney specializing in oil and gas disputes, mostly out of the Houston area. That’s a bit more specific than just “lawyer,” right? I think that might actually be helpful context for the agreement, especially given how many of the recent developments are tied to regulatory compliance and environmental assessments.
Also, I noticed you mentioned “means of identification” — do you mean a scanned copy of my driver’s license or passport? I’ve been keeping my documents organized, and I’d be happy to send either one depending on what’s preferred. Just want to make sure it’s fully compliant with any legal or procedural standards.
One small thought: I’ve been thinking about how some of the new oil field regulations in Texas are being scrutinized by the state environmental board. I wonder if that might be something we’d want to flag in the MOU — not as a requirement, but as a consideration. If it’s something you’d want to include, I’d be glad to help draft a section.
Looking forward to hearing your thoughts. I’ve been meaning to reach out to a few folks in the energy field lately — especially those with experience in compliance — and I’m genuinely excited about this possibility.
Best,
Danny

Dear Danny Smith,
May the peace of the lord be with you and your entire family. This is to
confirm the safe receipt of your message, well noted and understood. I am
glad to hear that you are currently working as a litigation attorney on oil
and gas sector. It gives me more confidence that my young worshiper funds
is going to a safe hands of a person who will utilize it on a very
profitable business. Oil and gas field is one industry that requires large
funds to trade and it is very profitable, perhaps we are on the right
channel and also on the same page.
Yes, a means of identification is required, and a driver license is
preferred in other to confirm your mailing address which is also needed to
prepare the memorandum of understanding.
In response to the 3rd paragraph of your letter, you are going to be in
full possession of the investment funds, and you are expected to figure out
the most convenient and profitable business you want to put the funds in.
Which ever investment you choose to channel the funds on, it is good by us
in as much as there will be a reasonable profit at the end of every
calendar year.
I will advise you to keep the source of your investment funds confidential.
You can seek for ideas about the specific field you are willing to invest
the funds but do not disclose the source of your capital.
Thanks and God bless you
Evangelist Paul Smith.

Hey Paul — thanks so much for the clarification, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to walk me through this. I’m actually pretty excited about the opportunity, especially given how much I’ve been reading about the new offshore leasing rounds in the Gulf — there’s a lot of momentum building around that area lately.
Just to confirm, you’re saying that once I provide the info — full name, address, mobile, marital status, occupation, and a driver’s license — you’ll draft the MOU and send it over? And that the funds will be in my control once I sign, and I can decide how to deploy them? I’m not asking for anything speculative — just making sure I understand the flow correctly.
One quick note: I recently had to go through a minor administrative update with my driver’s license renewal, so I’ll have it ready to send by tomorrow morning. I’ve also been thinking about how I might partner with a local energy startup in the Permian — not sure if that’s something you’d see as viable, but I’d love to get your take.
Also, since you mentioned third-party validation, I’ve been in touch with a few folks in the energy sector — if you’d like, I could share a quick intro with one of them to help confirm the legitimacy of the opportunity, even if it’s just to cross-reference.
Looking forward to hearing from you. I really feel like this could be something meaningful.
Best,
Danny

Dear Danny,
May of the peace of lord be with you and your entire family. Your message
was received, the content is well noted and understood. In response to your
message, we are on the same page, and Yes the memorandum of understanding
will be draft and sent to you immediately you provide your mailing address.
That being said, we can proceed if you are able to provide your mailing
address right away while I am waiting to receive your drivers license.
The funds in question is 💯 legitimate and according to my late God
father; who is the biological father of my young worshipper. He made it
clear to me when he was on sick bed before he passed away that the sum of
five hundred and sixty million dollars he deposited with a security company
is strictly ment for investment that will help my young worshipper (his
son) secure a better future, and that I should look for a foreign investor
that can help us to invest the funds in a profitable business until the
minor is grown enough to join the business. That is why I made it clear to
you that 10% of the annual profit will be coming to him for his upkeeping.
You will be in the position to manage the funds as soon as we get them to
your possession, and you are going to be having a total say on any
investment you decide to deploy the funds. You are in the right position to
decide if you are going to be putting the whole funds on oil and gas
business or if you want to look into other sectors. Whatsoever business you
choose is good by me in as much as there will be a profit annually.
The memorandum of understanding will explain better, and clarify every
other thing you wish to know. You are expected to read the MOU carefully
after receiving it before signing the deal.
Thank you and God bless you

Dear Paul Smith,
Thank you so much for the detailed explanation — I truly appreciate the clarity and the faith you’ve placed in me. I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity, especially since I work in oil and gas litigation, where I’ve seen firsthand how strategic investments can yield long-term returns. Honestly, it’s rare to find such a well-structured, transparent setup, especially with a clear profit-sharing arrangement.
I’ve been thinking about how the funds could be deployed — maybe a combination of oil and gas development in a stable, low-risk zone like the Permian Basin, paired with a small energy tech venture to diversify. That way, we keep the exposure balanced while still capitalizing on proven growth areas. I’ve been reading about new drilling efficiencies and digital monitoring systems lately — could those be viable options to consider?
Just to confirm, when you say the MOU will be drafted upon receiving my mailing address and driver’s license, does that mean the document will include specific terms around annual profit distribution, risk allocation, and withdrawal rights? Also, are there any legal or compliance steps we’d need to follow before the funds are transferred?
I’m currently in Houston, so my address is in the Greater Houston area — I can provide it right away. I’ve just been trying to get my license ready, and I’ll send it over as soon as I’ve got it printed and scanned.
Looking forward to your response and to hearing more about how we can move forward together.
Warm regards,
Danny Smith

Dear Paul,
Thank you so much for your continued email — I really appreciate the time and care you’ve put into explaining everything. I’ve been reading through your messages again, and it all feels very genuine and structured. Honestly, it’s kind of amazing how detailed you’ve been about the source of the funds and the conditions for investment. I can’t help but feel like this could be a real opportunity, especially with the oil and gas sector being so deeply rooted in Texas — where I’ve spent years working and building connections.
I’ve just finished a late-night coffee at my favorite corner cafe near the Houston courthouse, and it struck me how much I love the idea of investing in a stable, long-term business that pays dividends. I’ve actually been thinking about a renewable energy venture — like solar or wind — for a while, but I’d love to hear your thoughts on that before finalizing anything.
Just a quick question — when you say the funds will be in “your possession,” do you mean they’ll be transferred directly to me via a bank account or through a trusted third party? Also, is there any specific document or verification process we need to go through before the MOU is finalized?
And one last thing — do you have a mailing address I can send my driver’s license to? I don’t want to miss any step.
God bless you too, and I’m really looking forward to moving forward.
