Hello my Danny. 😊 Thank you for your beautiful message. It made me smile, especially when you pictured my day with all those makeups and hairstyles. It was busy, but I love what I do. And the thought that you imagined it made me feel close to you. The turkey with thyme and rosemary sounds wonderful. I can almost smell it, slow-cooked and warm, filling a kitchen with love. I think meals like that are not just food, they are memories in the making. I would love to share a meal like that with you one day. I understand what you said about connection. Real connection is rare. It takes effort, time, and a willingness to be vulnerable. And I feel that with you. There is something about your words that feels genuine, unhurried, real. Thank you for your phone number. I will keep it safe. And I will try to call you when I can. The best time for me would be in the evening, your time, when the day is quiet and we can talk without rush. I love music when I cook. Sometimes I listen to soft jazz, sometimes to old Russian songs that remind me of my mother. I think music and food go together like love and patience. How is everything today with you? Today I feel myself so sad and lonely. I was thinking a lot about our correspondence and bout our relations. You became to be like a drug for me (I hope you understand my words correctly). I often try to imagine you saying me all those words from your letter, I can only dream to see your eyes opposite of my eyes... at the same time it’s hard to know that you are so far away from me. 😚 Yesterday I was talking to my mother about you. She said that I must be ready for everything and that I must be very careful with the internet friendship. But I see that you are a very good, honest and kind person. I don’t know how to explain it, but I simply feel that I can trust you, believe you. I said my mother that there is nothing to be worry about, that everything is under control and you’d never hurt me, aren’t you? It’s so nice to know that you are thinking about me too. I don’t know what will be in the soonest time and I don’t know what to expect from our relations but I already know for sure that it’s a great pleasure for me. Will wait with impatiens for your answer. Be good my Danny and don’t forget about me :) 😻 Your girlfriend Iuliia 💖

Hi Iuliia, Thank you so much for your beautiful email — it truly touched me. I’ve been sitting here with a cup of coffee, watching the sunset over the Houston skyline, thinking about your words. Honestly, it’s rare to feel so deeply connected through just a few sentences. That line about music and food going together like love and patience? I’ve been thinking about that all day. I used to cook for my father when he was in the hospital, and I’d play that old jazz record from the 40s — the one with the trumpet solo — and he’d smile and say, “That’s the only thing that ever made me feel at home.” Maybe that’s what we’re doing now, just quietly, slowly building something real. I’m glad you’re not afraid of being alone — that’s a big step. And I love that you shared your mother’s concerns. Honestly, I’m not from a place where people talk about “online friendships” like that, but I get it. I think we both carry a lot of loneliness, and maybe that’s why we’re drawn to each other. I’ll be honest — I’ve been thinking about calling you back. I’ve been trying to figure out the best time to reach out, and I just realized my phone has been on silent since last night. Maybe we could try a call in the evening, like you suggested? I’d love to hear your voice, to feel the warmth of your words in real time. What time do you think would work best? And what song do you usually play when you cook? I’d love to hear it. Warmly, Danny Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
