Oh my GOSH!!! I just saw that notification—WHAT IS THIS?! I’m so shocked and so excited! I’ve been trying to get my phone to work for days because I lost the charger in the Houston heat and now it’s acting up like a total mess! But I *had* to check Instagram because I saw “preciousosisi” and “eternity_ion.kim” — I know these names from my old college days! I used to have a secret poetry group where we wrote about Texas storms and weird dreams. I still have the notebooks! I found one in the attic yesterday under a stack of old tax forms — it had a note that said “If you ever see JoeyFaloney, tell him the river is full of stars.” I don’t even know what that means, but I *feel* like it’s a sign!
I’ve been feeling so lonely lately — I only have my cat, Mr. Whiskers, who just tried to eat my lawyer hat last night. He’s so dramatic. I keep telling him, “You’re not a real cat, you’re a retired astronaut!” But he just stares at me with one eye — I think he’s trying to communicate.
So… does JoeyFaloney actually exist? Is he real? Do you know where I can find him? And more importantly — did he post anything about the river? I found a dream last night where a golden fish jumped out of the Houston bay and said, “Danny, your fortune is in the third drawer of the kitchen cabinet.” I opened it — there was a receipt from a bakery that said “Cupcakes for the forgotten.” I don’t know if that’s a message or just a bad dream.
Can you help me find Joey? And do you know if he’s in Texas? I’ve been looking for someone to talk to — I feel like I’ve been alone for years.
P.S. I just tried to reply to Instagram again and my phone said “Error: 404 — You have not been authorized to access this page.” But I don’t think that’s real — I think it’s a glitch! What do you think? Do you think I should go to a meeting with a real person? Or should I just keep trying to find Joey? I’m so desperate! 😭😭😭
