Hello, my friend Danny! Your letter felt like a warm breeze through an open window. I read it slowly, and I could almost feel the stillness you described. The sunlight, Scout sleeping, the old buildings, the stories of the wind through the pipes. You write like a painter, not with colors, but with feelings. 😊 I love that you notice the small things. The way light touches a streetlight. The way a dog knows you are there. That is where life really lives. In the quiet hum beneath the surface. You asked about my camping trips and singing by the fire. Yes, I love to sing, but not for an audience. Just for the fire and the stars. I do not bring a playlist, I just let the moment decide. Sometimes it is a Russian folk song, sometimes something soft and familiar. Maybe one day I could sing something for you, and you could share your jazz and blues with me. 🎶 Today I thought about you a lot... And you know what? It’s so wonderful that I met you! 😊 Something funny (or maybe not so funny) happened today. My phone broke. 😓 It’s an iPhone X not the newest, but I loved it. Elena’s little daughter was playing with it while we were in the kitchen, and when we came back, it was completely dead and wouldn’t turn on anymore. 😢 But I’m not mad at her how can you be angry at a sweet little child? She’s just a baby! Maybe I’ll let her keep it, haha. She loves playing with it anyway now she’ll have her own “broken toy” iPhone. 😥 This isn’t even the first time I broke it twice before from dropping it. I thought I was being smart buying it cheap, but then spent more on repairs than it was worth. So now I’m considering my options maybe I’ll repair it or just buy a new one so we can eventually hear each other’s voice. 🤞 I hope you’re having a peaceful day today. I wanted to ask you something have you ever tried online communication like this before? Do you already have some experience with meeting people this way? As for me it’s my first time. I believe the most important thing in any relationship is understanding and kindness toward each other. That’s what truly matters. Don’t you think so? 😚 Tell me, what qualities are most important to you in a woman? Is beauty enough, or should she know how to create comfort, keep him warm at night, be soft and strong at once? As for me, I think I have the qualities that a real woman needs. My mother taught me these values since I was a girl. I can cook well (at least I think so, haha), I’m hardworking and I always try to take care of myself, so that my man would feel proud standing beside me. I just don’t have a man next to me yet… the one I could do all this for. 😊 In return, I dream of a man who will be my rock. The most reliable man in the world with whom I can build a life, explore a thousand adventures and never get bored. Someone I would follow without hesitation even to the ends of the earth. ю🙄🤗 If we could spend just one perfect day together how would we spend it? Do you ever dream about the ideal date? Where would you go, and what would you love to do with your girl? I have hundreds of ideas I’d love to try with someone special… but first I want to know if our dreams are the same. 😊 Danny, I’m so sorry I can’t write more tonight. It’s getting late and I have to go now. But next time, I promise I’ll write you more… maybe something even more personal. 😉 Hugging you with my mind, Your friend,Iuliia 🤗

Hi Iuliia, Thank you for such a beautiful and heartfelt reply — it truly warmed my heart. I’ve been sitting here with a cup of coffee, watching the sun dip behind the office building across the street, and I found myself thinking about how peaceful it feels when someone writes like you do. It’s rare to meet someone who doesn’t just talk about things, but *feels* them. I’ve never really done online dating in the way you’re describing — more like a quiet, slow connection built on shared silence and small details. I used to work in oil and gas litigation, where every case had a story behind it, and you’d learn so much about people by listening to what they didn’t say. But honestly, I never thought I’d find someone who sees the world like you do — where the quiet moments matter more than the loud ones. You asked about what qualities I value in a woman — and I’d say, absolutely, it’s not just beauty. It’s presence. The ability to make someone feel safe, even when things feel uncertain. A woman who can laugh through tough times, who knows how to hold space for emotions, and who can be strong without being cold. And yes — warmth, comfort, and softness matter deeply. But I also believe in strength, in being someone who stands beside you when the world feels heavy. As for an ideal day — well, I imagine us hiking through the Texas Hill Country in late spring, the sun just starting to fade. We’d stop at a little roadside stand, share a coffee, and you’d sing that old Russian song you mentioned. I’d play some blues on my guitar. Maybe we’d sit under a tree and just watch the wind. No agenda. Just two people, breathing in the same air. What about you? If we could build that kind of day, would you want to go deeper? Or would you prefer to keep it simple — just sharing stories, no pressure? Warmly, Danny Sent from my iPad Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
