Thanks for the message — I actually just checked my Instagram feed this morning and saw the post from jonesn1975 and t_maples36. Honestly, I’ve been trying to stay on top of things, especially with all the new oil industry updates in the Gulf region. I mean, it’s funny how much activity there is on social platforms lately, even though I’ve been doing mostly legal work for offshore lease disputes.
I’ve been working through a few cases lately involving Texas coastal property rights — one of them even involved a minor land dispute near Galveston. The real estate folks keep saying “we’re seeing more interaction on social media,” which is kind of wild when you think about it.
Just to confirm, do you have a link to the original post you’re referring to? Also, is there a specific reason why this group of people posted together? And do you think there’s a connection between the content and any of the recent court filings I’ve been reviewing?
Either way, I’m genuinely curious to learn more — and if there’s anything I can do to help, I’m all in.
