Hello Mr, Smiththanks for your quick response and I hope you are doing well? to answer your question sir, the donation fund where deposited in Bank of `Africa in Ivory Coast and Mrs. Stephanie suffered cancer that led to her death. according to the report on my desk. before her death she declared you as the person who shall receive her fund as donation to orphans on your behalf $6,4m and she made it an official to our bank. also you can come forward with the claim and if you agree to strike a deal with me, I can top $2M making it $8,4m. Both of us can share the $2m while her fund goes to orphans. thanks for your understanding sir, yours faithfulNelson Peter@banker CI

Hi Nelson, Thanks so much for the detailed update — I really appreciate you sharing all this. It’s quite a meaningful situation, and I’m genuinely touched to hear about Mrs. Stephanie’s intentions and the care she had for orphans. I’ve been thinking about how much weight that kind of legacy carries, especially in a world where so many people forget their roots. I’ve been working on a few oil and gas cases lately, and even though I’m not in the financial sector, I’ve always believed in transparency and accountability — especially when it comes to people’s final wishes. That said, I’m still trying to make sense of the details around the bank deposit and the official documentation. I know you mentioned it was recorded at Bank of Africa in Ivory Coast — is that the exact branch or account number? Also, how was the transfer authorized? Was there a signed affidavit or legal declaration with witness statements? And just so I’m fully on board: when you say “we can share the $2M,” does that mean both of us get equal shares, or is there a specific percentage? I’d love to learn more about the process, especially if it involves any legal or financial verification steps. I’ve been sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee every evening lately, watching the sun go down over the Houston skyline — it’s quiet, but it makes me think about what matters most. I hope we can move forward with care and honesty. Best regards, Danny Smith Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Mr.SimthThanks for your response. Mrs. Stephanine Crisp made the donation in your favor to be helping orphans and as I said before that I am the new branch manager of Bank Of Africa in one of the banks Abidjan CI. The transaction is very simple to receive if you indicate your seriousness and there are two ways to claim the fund,  1. You can claim the fund by ATM CARD Which is very simple and it requires your full name, address, ID, direct mobile number and an affidavit and ATM fees. 2. Bank to Bank wire transfer, it requires two affidavits of declaration and change of ownership, statement of fund origin, ID CARD etc. it shall cost you more than ATM CARD. It's only the $2m which both of us can share 55% for me and CO and 35% + 5% for any expense you make, this shall be if you agree with me to add an extra 2m but if you disagree then you can move on for the donation fund. Thanks for your understanding sir. waiting, Nelson Peter. Hi Nelson, Thanks so much for the clarity — I really appreciate you walking me through the details. It means a lot to know that Mrs. Stephanie’s intentions were so well-documented and that this isn’t just a hasty transaction. I’ve been thinking about how important it is for such legacies to be handled with integrity, especially when they involve orphans. That’s what really draws me in — the idea of honoring someone’s final wishes with care and transparency. Just to confirm: when you say “we can share the $2M,” does that mean 55% for you and 45% for me, or is it split equally? And could you clarify what kind of affidavit or declaration is required — is it a notarized one, with witnesses, or something simpler? I’m also wondering if the bank has a specific form for the ATM card claim, or if there’s a document I’d need to sign before the transfer is processed. I’ve been working on a few oil litigation cases lately — actually, last week I had a client file with a pipeline dispute over a water rights claim in East Texas. The way they were handling the documentation reminded me of how important clear records are. I think this situation could benefit from the same level of care. Looking forward to your thoughts. Hello Mr. Smith thanks for the positive response , anyway nice to have you as a business partner and the part you chose for ATM transaction is good and it's easier, cheaper than bank to bank. ATM is the best for this project we are about to execute. I am a man of few words but believe  in action, so long as you follow my instruction and cooperate with our bank officially and be reassured that the fund shall be at your position. Yes sir, there is ATM FORM, you cannot get an ATM form without an affidavit, you will bear the cost. and you have to obtain it from the law house or police post and ts the normal process. I also request a copy of your identification card in any form or passport, your current address where you shall receive the ATM. you shall not contact the bank until you obtain those. if i get those requirements from you sir, I shall start underground work for the extra $2m to add to the donation fund. Your mobile phone number is needed too. Thanks for your understanding sir and have a good weekend. My regards to you.Nelson Peter,BRANCH BANK MANGER. Hi Nelson, Thanks so much for the clarification — I really appreciate you being so direct and clear about the process. It’s not often you get a situation where someone’s legacy is so well-structured and intentional, especially with such a specific focus on orphans. That part really resonates with me. Just to make sure I’m fully aligned: you’re saying I need to provide a copy of my ID, current address, and mobile number — all of which I can do right away. And yes, I’ll need to get the affidavit from a law office or police station. I’ve been thinking about this, and I just remembered that last month I had to go to the courthouse for a routine document for a property dispute — I think I can handle that part. A few quick follow-ups: 1. Could you confirm if the affidavit needs to be notarized or if a simple witness-signed version will suffice? 2. Do you have a reference number or account ID for the original donation? I want to make sure I’m not missing any key identifiers. 3. When you say “underground work” for the extra $2M, does that mean it’s being processed separately or is it tied to the ATM transaction? I’ve been sitting out on my porch again tonight, watching the sky turn deep blue — it’s quiet, and I’m thinking about how rare it is to find something this meaningful. I’m really eager to move forward with honesty and care. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415 Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi Nelson, Thanks again for the clear breakdown — I really appreciate how straightforward you’ve kept things. I’ve been thinking about the affidavit part, and I remember from my last case in Houston that notarized documents carry more weight when it comes to legal validation. So, just to confirm: is the affidavit you’re referring to the one that needs to be signed in person at a police or justice ministry in Abidjan? And if so, would it need to be notarized or just witnessed by two people? Also, I noticed you mentioned “underground work” for the extra $2M — that part really caught my attention. When you say “we can share the $2M,” does that mean the original $2M is split 55% for you and 45% for me, and then the extra $2M is added in a separate pool that we both get, or is it a single pool with a different split? I want to make sure I understand how the funds are structured so I can plan accordingly. And just to be thorough — do you have a reference number or account name for the original donation from Mrs. Stephanine Crisp? I’ve been trying to find any public records or filings about her, and I’d hate to make a mistake in the process. I’ve been working late on a pipeline dispute case lately, and honestly, this feels like something real — not just a transaction, but a legacy. I’m genuinely excited about it. Hi Nelson, Thanks for your quick response — I appreciate the clarity. I’ve just sent over a copy of my passport, current address, and mobile number to your email. I’m not sure if the police station in Abidjan can process the affidavit remotely, but I did recall from my last visit to the courthouse that some forms require in-person submission. Is there a specific type of affidavit you’re referring to — like a declaration of intent or a statement of claim? I’d want to make sure I’m not missing anything. Also, just to confirm: when you say “underground work” for the extra $2M, does that mean it's being processed after the ATM transaction, or is it part of a separate fund? And if it’s a separate pool, what’s the split? I’m trying to understand if this is one unified fund or two different ones. I’ve been sitting on my porch in Houston again, watching the sun dip low — quiet, peaceful, and I can’t help but think about how rare it is to find something this meaningful. Hi Nelson, Thanks so much for getting back to me — I really appreciate the prompt response. I just double-checked my phone and confirmed I sent both my passport copy and address, but I didn’t see the full details in my inbox. I’ll make sure to send it again through the app you mentioned — I’ve been trying to get used to that interface, and I saw a little notification pop up saying “Wave is now live” on my screen, but I’m still getting used to the flow. Just to confirm: you said the affidavit cost is $1,955 and it’s being processed through a law house in Abidjan. Is that a fixed fee, or does it vary based on the type of form? Also, when you say “unified donation fund,” does that mean the original $2M and the extra $2M are combined, and we both receive a share from one total pool? I’ve been thinking about this and actually, I believe it’s more balanced if we both have clear visibility into the structure — so I’d love to know if there’s a specific percentage split or if it’s based on the work done. And lastly — do you have a specific reference number or name for the original donation from Mrs. Stephanine Crisp? I’ve been digging into public filings, and I think that might help avoid any confusion down the line. I’ve been working on a case involving a pipeline dispute in East Texas — it’s been a long week, but this feels like something real, not just a transaction. I’m genuinely excited to move forward. Hi Nelson, Thanks for your patience — I just got back to my phone and confirmed I’ve now sent over my full address and passport copy through the Send Wave app. I’ve been trying to set up the app since your message, and actually, I think I saw a little pop-up today that said “Wave Verified” — maybe it’s going live in stages? Not sure if that’s normal, but I’ll keep an eye on it. Just to double-check: you mentioned the affidavit costs $1,955 and is processed through a law house in Abidjan. Is that a one-time fee, or would there be additional charges if the form is rejected or needs revisions? Also, when you say the donation is “unified” — does that mean both the $6.4M and the extra $2M are pooled into one fund, and we each get a share based on our contribution? I’m thinking about how much effort I’d have to put in, especially since I’m not familiar with Abidjan’s legal process. And one more thing — do you have the reference number or official name from Mrs. Stephanine Crisp’s original donation? I’m trying to cross-reference it with some old filings, and if there’s a public record, I’d want to make sure I’m not missing a detail. I’ve been walking the riverwalk in Houston lately — the air’s cooler now, and I’ve started noticing how much peace comes from small, steady things. I’ve just double-checked the Send Wave app again on my phone, and I see the “Wave Verified” notification now — that’s great, I think we’re finally in the flow. Is that a fixed amount, or does it change if the form needs to be resubmitted? Also, when you say the funds are “unified,” does that mean both the $6.4M and the $2M are pooled together, and we each receive a proportional share based on our involvement? And one small thing — I noticed in your email you referred to “underground work” for the extra $2M. Is that something that happens after the ATM transaction, or is it part of a separate phase? I’m trying to visualize the timeline so I don’t miss anything. I’ve been sitting on the porch again this evening, watching the sky turn orange — quiet, peaceful, and suddenly I’m really hoping this isn’t just another loop. Hi Nelson, I just got back to my phone and double-checked the Send Wave app — the “Wave Verified” status is now active, and I’ve finally got my address and passport details uploaded. I’m feeling more confident now, especially after reviewing your earlier messages. I think I’ve got it all sorted in my head. You mentioned the affidavit is $1,955 and processed through a law house in Abidjan. Just to be 100% clear — is that fee non-refundable, and what happens if, for example, the form gets flagged during verification? I know I’m not asking too much, but I’m trying to protect my time and avoid any surprises. Also, when you say the funds are “unified,” does that mean both the $6.4M and the $2M go into one pool, and we each get a fixed percentage — like 50/50 — or is it based on how much “work” we do? And one last thing — you referred to “underground work” for the $2M. Is that something that happens after the ATM transaction, or is it a separate phase where we both need to verify something? I’ve been reading about Abidjan’s legal processes, and it seems like there’s a lot of documentation involved. I’ve been working on a pipeline case in East Texas — it’s been long hours, but this feels like a chance to do something meaningful, not just another transaction. Looking forward to your reply. Hi Nelson, Thanks for the details — I just sent the Wave payment slip through the app, and I’m seeing the confirmation pop up now. I’ve double-checked the receiver info: Laura Young, account +2250170317298 — all looks correct. I didn’t want to rush it, but I finally got the hang of the app after a few hiccups with the upload system. My phone’s battery was low, and the app kept freezing, so I had to restart it twice. Feels like a minor tech glitch, but I’m glad it’s now processing. Just to confirm — when you say the affidavit is processed through Abidjan, is there a specific law firm or office you’re working with? I’ve been trying to find public records, and I’d like to make sure I’m not missing any part of the chain. Also, I noticed you mentioned "underground work" again — is that tied to a specific time frame, like after the payment is confirmed, or is it something that happens once we both sign off? And one small personal note — I walked past the old courthouse on 3rd and Main yesterday. It’s been so long since I’ve seen one in person. The bricks are cracked, but it still feels like a place where things get settled. That made me think — if this is real, then maybe it’s not just about money. Maybe it’s about something deeper. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415 Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Hi Nelson, Thanks for your patience — I just got back to the app and double-checked the Wave transaction. The slip shows “Payment Confirmed” and the amount has been successfully sent to Laura Young, account +2250170317298. I’m feeling a bit more confident now, especially after the battery issues on my phone earlier. I had to wait until the night shift ended to get the final upload to go through. Just to clarify one more thing — when you mentioned the “underground work” for the $2M, does that mean it starts right after the affidavit is processed, or is there a separate verification step we both need to complete? I’ve been thinking about this a lot — I’m not rushing, but I do want to make sure I’m not missing any key steps. Also, since you said the funds are “unified,” could you confirm if the $6.4M and $2M are combined into one pool and then split based on contribution — like 60/40 or something similar? I’m trying to visualize the final distribution so I can plan accordingly. I’ve been sitting on the porch again this evening — the air’s cool, and the sky’s turning that deep purple. I keep thinking: if this is real, then maybe it’s not just about money. Maybe it’s about trust. And that, I think, is something we both deserve. Looking forward to hearing from you. Hi Nelson, Just wanted to follow up — I double-checked the Wave app again, and the transaction status is now "Confirmed: Sent to Ivory Coast." The slip shows it went through successfully to Laura Young, account +2250170317298. I didn’t want to rush, but I’ve been working on this late at night, and my phone’s been on a low battery loop for a few days now, so I’m glad it finally processed. I’m still a bit concerned about the “underground work” part — does that happen *after* the affidavit is processed, or is there a specific document we both need to sign off on? I know I’m being thorough, but I’ve been reviewing legal frameworks in Abidjan, and it seems like there might be a verification stage before the funds are released. Also, just to clarify — when you say the $6.4M and $2M are “unified,” does that mean they’re pooled and split equally, or is there a tiered structure where the larger amount carries more weight? I’m trying to visualize how the distribution works, especially since I’ve been handling pipeline cases where accountability matters. I walked past that old courthouse again last night — the same one on 3rd and Main. The paint’s flaking, but the stone still stands. Feels like a place where promises are made, and maybe, just maybe, kept. Looking forward to your next step. Best, Danny Smith +17163259415 Sent from my iPhone Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
