I’ve been out of the office a bit lately, working through some late-night oil litigation stuff with a well-known Houston firm, and I’ve been answering emails from my kitchen table after dinner. That’s probably why I missed your calls — I was deep into a case about a failed gas well in the Permian, and it’s been a wild week with new testimony and a sudden change in jurisdiction.
