Hello my friend
How are you doing today?
I am deeply sorry for not being able to contact you for a long time as I promised after I had concluded the transaction with my newfound partner. I know you have been waiting to hear from me. The reason for the delay was because when I applied for my resignation from my Bank to enable me venture into my private investment plan which I shared with you earlier, it took the bank management about 6 months to approve my resignation so that they can get someone competent enough to fill my vacant position.
It may interest you to know that despite the challenges we encountered due to your skepticism and reluctance to continue the transaction with me because of the fees required to process the relevant documents needed to get the fund be released in your favor. I finally succeeded in completing the transaction with my newfound partner and business mogul from Dubai and we have succeeded in diversifying our investments which enabled us to win a contract for Solar Energy Grid Installations in the Republic of Uganda, East African Region. The project kept me very busy all this period because we work in a remote terrain where internet communication is not very efficient.
However, in fulfillment of my promise to you which I swore before God that I will surely compensate you for your initial effort, time and personal data you provided which enabled the Bank management to process the release of the unclaimed Inheritance Fund to us despite the fact that you were not able to finish the transaction with me. I have left a cashier's Check of USD$6,500,000 (Six Million Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars) with my personal assistant in your name waiting to be dispatched to you as soon as he hears from you.
You have to contact my personal assistant immediately with the contact details below to enable him to send the issued Check to you as soon as possible.
Contact Name: Mr. Justine Nakalembe
Email: [redacted]
Direct Tel/Whats-app: +245-794-553-168
Please accept my profound gratitude and let me know once you receive the Cheque.
Have a great day
Yours Sincerely

Hi Dr. Frank Williams,
Thanks so much for the update — I’ve been meaning to reach out and actually read your email properly, since I’ve been busy with a few court cases in Houston involving offshore lease disputes. It’s kind of funny how things like this keep coming up, especially with the oil and gas world being so full of hidden deals and unclaimed funds. I remember back when I was working on that case with the offshore drilling rights in the Gulf of Mexico, the banks were *so* slow to respond to requests — like, real slow. It made me think about how you were able to navigate that system, which I guess is why I was skeptical at first — not because I didn’t believe you, but because I’ve seen so many of these “inheritance” schemes go sideways.
Anyway, I’m excited to hear about the solar project in Uganda — that’s a huge step for renewable energy in East Africa. I’m sure it’s going to make a real difference in rural electrification. I’m just wondering — could you confirm if the cashier’s check is being sent directly to me or if it’s being held at a notary or courier service in Nairobi? I’d prefer to have a copy of the check and a certified release letter from your assistant before I accept it, just for peace of mind. Also, I’m assuming the funds are in USD — is there a transfer fee or processing charge the recipient might have to pay? I want to make sure it's all clear.
I’ve got a bit of spare time this weekend — if you’d like, I can even help draft a brief legal affidavit confirming the legitimacy of the transaction if needed. Just let me know.
Warmly,
Danny Smith

Good Morning Mr. Danny Smith,
Honestly, it's good to hear from you.
Yes, my boss issued a Bank Cheque worth USD6,500,000 (Six Million five
hundred Thousand United States Dollars) and asked me to send the cheque to
you as a promise he made to you with regards to a partnership transaction
he proposed to you few years ago which you could not later finish the
transaction with him. He later completed the transaction with a new partner
and they are now at their contract project site at North East region of
Republic of Uganda where they are handling the Solar Electrification
contract project.
The Cheque was issued 2 weeks ago and I have been waiting to hear from you
so that I can dispatch it to the address you will provide.
However, I have made an inquiry from the Bank that issued the Cheque and
they told me that it takes very much long time for Oversea Banks to verify
and confirm Cheques from Africa and sometimes many of these oversea Banks
reject and do not honor such Cheques from Africa because they suspect the
Cheques to be money laundering and Fraud especially when the Cheque is not
being sent to a company with purchasing invoice for goods. The bank told me
that the process is frustrating and takes a very long period of time for
such Cheques to clear in the beneficiary account if at all it was later
accepted by the beneficiary Bank.
The Bank gave me (3) options that will be so easy and convenient for you to
receive the money without any stress and the (3) options are below.
1: To Convert the Cheque into a prepaid ATM DEBIT CARD.
He said that with the PREPAID ATM DEBIT CARD, it will be very much
convenient and easy for you to receive the fund through an ATM CARD and
start making your withdrawals and transactions from the ATM CARD at any ATM
Machine point around you immediately you receive the ATM CARD and activate
it.
2: They can transfer the fund to you through direct Bank to Bank Smooth
Swift Remit into your Bank account over there but, you will need a Fund
Release Approval Certificate from the Ministry of Finance Republic of
Uganda.
3: The Bank can open a NON RESIDENT ONLINE ACCOUNT here in your favor and
deposit the check to clear in the account within the same day. You will
have 100% access and control of the online account login details. From the
Online account, you can begin to transfer the money to your local account
bit by bit and you can operate the account from any part of the world/globe
and can make your transactions and purchases from the account in real-time
seamlessly.
So, I would like you to consider the (3) options above and choose the one
that will be convenient for you so that I will authorize the bank to
proceed immediately with your chosen option.
I wait for your urgent response.
Thanks.

Good morning Justine,
Thank you so much for the detailed update — I truly appreciate the effort you’ve gone to on my behalf. I’ve been thinking about all three options and it’s actually quite a bit to process, especially since I’ve never dealt with a foreign bank transfer or a non-resident account setup before.
I’m personally very cautious about money transfers, especially from overseas, and I’ve always believed in transparency and security. That said, I’m genuinely excited about the idea of the **prepaid ATM debit card** — it feels like the most straightforward and accessible way to start using the funds without any upfront paperwork. I can see how it would give me real-time access to cash, which is perfect for a man like me who’s always on the move — you know, I just finished a court hearing in Houston about a pipeline dispute and I’m currently trying to fix a leak in my backyard shed (it’s been raining non-stop).
So, to confirm: if I go with the ATM card option, will the card be issued in USD and loaded with the full amount of $6,500,000? And how long do I have to activate it after receiving it? Also, do you have the bank’s official name and address so I can verify it myself before I trust anything?
I’d love to move forward with this, but I want to make sure I’m not missing anything.
Thanks again,
Danny

Hello Mr. Smith,
After reading your first reply which stated to go with option 3, I'm
reading a different thing here going for the option number 1 so, I would
like to know what you need exactly so that we can proceed and be assure you
that you will have an access to your funds within 72 hours if you chose any
of the options as far as you send the required fee immediately for the Bank
to start the process.
I received your message and noticed that you chose option 1 which is to
Convert the Cheque into a prepaid ATM DEBIT CARD.
And I will also tell the Bank to print at least 100 or 200 pages of their
booklet/check leafs for large payments that will be comfortable in all the
Bank around the world/gobe. You should send your full names, address, phone
and mobile numbers so that I will submit the same to the Bank to proceed
with the process.
However, you should arrange to send (us$295) for me to register the package
with the courier including the delivery and insurance coverage papers to
ensure smooth delivery to your door-steps.
I'm waiting to hear from you so that I can give you the details you need to
send the money $295 to proceed.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hello Justine,
Thanks for the quick follow-up — I really appreciate the clarity and the effort you're putting in to make this process smooth for me. I’m genuinely excited about the options, especially option 3, since I’ve been thinking about having full control over my funds from anywhere in the world. I actually meant to say I wanted to go with option 3 — the non-resident online account — not option 1. I just misread the message when I typed it, and I’m sorry about that. I’ve been up late working on a new oil & gas dispute case, which is why I got a bit mixed up in the details.
So, yes — I’d like to proceed with option 3. The non-resident online account sounds like the most flexible and secure way to manage such a large sum, especially since I’m not based in Uganda and can’t easily access physical banks there.
Could you please share the exact name of the bank, the account setup fee (if any), and whether I need to provide any personal documents or verification? I’m happy to send my full name, address, and phone numbers as you suggested, but I’d like to know what specific documents are required — like a government-issued ID, proof of address, or something else.
Also, I’ve just moved into a new apartment in Houston — it’s a quiet, old-style house near the bay. I’ll be happy to provide the address once I get the details.
Looking forward to your reply.
Warm regards,
Danny Smith

Good morning Justine,
Thanks so much for your patience and for clarifying the options. I appreciate you walking me through everything — I’ve been reading up on international banking processes, and it’s actually quite fascinating how complex things can get even when they seem straightforward.
I’ve been thinking about option 3 — the non-resident online account — because I’ve never used one before, and honestly, the idea of having full control over an online account from anywhere in the world feels like a real opportunity, especially with the solar project in Uganda being such a big deal. I don’t mind the process, and I’m sure I can manage it once I get the login details.
I’m a bit concerned though — I’ve heard that some online accounts have security checks or KYC steps that take time, and I wonder if there’s a possibility of the bank requiring a government-issued ID or proof of address, which might take a while to get. Could you confirm whether those documents are needed upfront or if they’ll be sent later?
Also, just to be clear — do you mean the bank will open the account in my name directly, or will it be under a trust or a holding entity? I’m trying to understand the structure so I can be fully prepared.
I’m very excited to move forward — I just need a bit more clarity on the setup.
Looking forward to your reply.
Best,
Danny
