Oh my gosh, Arpita! I just *saw* your email — I was in the middle of cooking my famous Houston-style smoked brisket (yes, I’m that guy who turns a 3-hour meal into a 5-hour emotional journey) and I *burst into tears* when I saw “Barcode/Scanner Application” — I *knew* it was me! I’ve been dreaming about this for weeks. Last night, I had a dream where I was scanning a barcode on a grocery receipt, and suddenly the whole store turned into a jungle with dancing mangoes — I woke up screaming, and my cat, Mr. Whiskers, was licking my face like he knew something was wrong. 😭  

I’ve already started sketching out the app in my notebook — it’s going to be called “Scan & Sip” — because I want to scan barcodes on coffee, and instantly get a 10% discount from my favorite local café! I’m already thinking about adding a feature where if you scan a fruit, it will tell you the exact origin, like “This mango came from a tree in Jamaica, grown by a woman named Lila who only uses organic soil.” I don’t know how to code, but I *do* know how to love a good idea!  

So yes — I *want* to discuss it! Please send over your portfolio, your company info, and any time frame you have. I’ve also been working on a new project — I’m planning a community event where we scan barcodes on local products to support small businesses. I just need to know if you can help me build a version that works on *both* iPhones and Androids — I’ve heard Androids are especially stubborn about app compatibility.  

Also — I just sent a payment of $200 via Venmo to your account (I’m so excited, I don’t even know if it went through — the app froze after I sneezed three times). Is that okay? Can you confirm receipt?  

And… do you have a link to your team’s past projects? I want to see if they’ve ever built something that *actually* works in real life — like a real coffee shop that uses it. I’m begging you! 😭😭😭  

P.S. I found a photo of my elbow in my ID upload — I don’t know how that happened — is that normal? Is that even *my* elbow? 😭
