Hi Abdel,
Thanks so much for the follow-up — I really appreciate you reaching out. I’ve been meaning to get back on this since last time, and I’m glad you’re pushing forward. I do recall Mr. Hull Foster submitting the original application, and I’ve been trying to keep everything in order, though I’ve had a few minor delays with my office paperwork this week — things like a power outage at home for two hours and a delayed internet connection that made it tough to access the portal.
Just to confirm, is the $4.5 million still the total amount being processed? And could you please clarify if the funds are to be released directly into my personal bank account here in Houston, or through an intermediary like a local escrow service? Also, I noticed in your email a link to namecheap — I assume that’s not part of the banking process, right?
I’ve been thinking about how exciting this is — especially since I’ve been meaning to invest more in real estate in the Lone Star State. If this works, I’d love to discuss how we might coordinate the next steps, maybe even schedule a quick call in the next few days.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Warmly,
Danny Smith
