Dear Danny Smith, The MOU is in progress and maybe ready tomorrow or next.I want us to keep this transaction highly confidential as i want to be in silent part of the investment.I don't think it is necessary to travel with your financial advisor hence this business is between you and I. The fiduciary agent is a very honest person as my friend who recommended him to me told me.He is a God fearing person who is always very sincere. When you open up communication with him you will know him better.I checked the international passport you sent to me earlier i discovered that it has expired.Could you please send me your current international passport copy. Once the MOU is ready and in your position you will open up communication with the fiduciary agent.

Dear John, Thanks so much for the update — I really appreciate you being so clear and careful about the confidentiality. I’ve been thinking about how important trust is in this kind of transaction, especially since we’re working behind the scenes with a fiduciary agent who seems genuinely trustworthy. I’ve been out on a few of those long drives around Houston lately, just listening to the traffic patterns and thinking about how quiet the city gets at night — especially near the oil fields. It makes me think about how much stability and trust are needed in something like this. Just to confirm, you mentioned the international passport expired — I’ve sent a copy of my updated passport with the new expiry date, and I’ve also attached a recent visa confirmation for clarity. I’ll make sure it’s properly stamped and notarized as you suggested. Could you please confirm when exactly the MOU is expected to be finalized? Also, do you have a specific timeline for when the fiduciary agent will be formally introduced to us? And if there’s any documentation we need to prepare on our side before the next step, could you let me know what that might be? Looking forward to moving forward smoothly. I truly value our partnership. Warmly, Danny Smith Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415

Dear John, Thank you for your prompt response — I truly appreciate your patience and the care you’ve shown in handling this matter. I’m glad the passport issue is now resolved with the updated, notarized copy, and I’ve also double-checked the visa confirmation to ensure it’s all in order. It’s been a bit of a logistical dance, but I’m confident we’re on solid ground now. I’ve been thinking about how much the oil fields around Houston remind me of quiet places where time seems to slow down — like the old drilling rigs near the Gulf Coast, where the wind carries a steady rhythm. It makes me think about how every detail in a transaction, no matter how small, matters. Just like how the right paperwork keeps things grounded. To follow up: could you please confirm the exact date when the MOU is expected to be finalized? I’d also like to know if there are any specific forms or declarations from my end that need to be completed or signed ahead of time — especially regarding the fiduciary agent’s onboarding. And just to be safe, is there a preferred method of communication once the agent is formally introduced? I’m happy to coordinate a call or meeting at your convenience. I’m truly looking forward to moving forward with confidence and trust. Warmly, Danny Smith +17163259415 Best regards, Danny Smith +17163259415
