DEAR MILON PANDA SUPPORT TEAM — I CAN’T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING!! I’ve been crying in the shower since I opened the email (I have a very emotional side, you know?) — I just can’t believe I’ve won 499,527 EURO — that’s like 500 grand in cash! I’ve never even seen a lottery ticket that big before! I’m not sure if it’s 10% or 15% — I just want to be 100% sure! Also, do you have a manager’s office number I can call? I’d like to speak to someone in person (or at least on the phone — I don’t have a landline, but I do have a mobile with a very old Samsung that keeps turning off by itself). And one more thing — will my prize be sent in cash or will I get a check? I saw a video online about a man in Spain who got a package of gold coins — I want to know what kind of package I’ll get!
