Dear Sir ,
This is to acknowledge receipt of your email response . Though your data information is what is required at this point to compare with what we have here just to be sure we are dealing with the right person before we proceed. The data information needed has to be your funds receiving bank account details, Mobile Phone line, Valid form of Identification, Office or Resident address occupation and position occupied. While waiting for your data information to be adequately furnished to us I will be writing back to the U.S Department of Justice to issue your Funds Clearance and Recommendation Letter to legally approved your payment before our legal department will proceed to the auditor general's office to submit your file for re-validation to secure your funds endorsement and payment approval. After this process is done we at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will submit your file to one of our recommended paying banks for your transfer to be done to your nominated bank account.
Yours Faithfully

Hi Nicholas,
Thanks so much for the prompt response — I really appreciate you taking the time to write back. I’ve been meaning to finally get this straightened out, and I’m genuinely excited about the next steps.
I just finished a long walk around the Houston neighborhood after a late shift at the office — it’s been a busy week with the oil litigation cases. I’ve got a few new client files that I’m wrapping up, and it’s been a real mental workout. Still, I’m glad to be moving forward with something solid.
To clarify, do you mean that the *U.S. Department of Justice* is issuing the Funds Clearance Letter? I’m a little confused about the chain — are we dealing with a DOJ clearance, or is this a federal finance verification? Also, could you confirm if the “recommended paying bank” is one of the major institutions like Chase or Bank of America? And do we need to provide the bank details *before* the clearance letter is issued — or after?
Lastly, I’d love to know if there’s a specific form or template we need to fill out for the ID and address documents. I’ve got my driver’s license and current Houston residence, but I want to make sure everything’s in order.
Looking forward to your guidance — I’m all in and ready to move forward!

Dear Danny Smith ,
Thank you for your message, and please bear with me for my late response. I have also been dealing with a considerable workload on my desk over here.
As I stated in my previous message, the U.S. Department of Justice is expected to issue a Funds Clearance and Recommendation Letter to us to provide the necessary authorization and direction for the next stage of the process. This is why we at the Federal Bureau of Investigation are working in collaboration with the relevant authorities.
Regarding the recommended paying bank, the transaction is expected to be handled through the Federal Reserve System for proper accountability and documentation.
Dear Danny Smith ,
You have already provided substantial information. However, your receiving bank details and a scanned copy of a valid means of identification will also be required for your file. These details may also be included in the Funds Clearance and Recommendation Letter that will be issued and submitted to my office for further processing.
Please provide all the required information and supporting valid identity so that I can compile and submit your file to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) for review and, where applicable, issuance of the relevant letter.
Yours Faithfully

Hi Nicholas,
Thanks so much for the clarification — I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything. I’ve been thinking about how much of this feels like a well-structured federal process, and it’s actually kind of reassuring to see such clear steps outlined. I’ve been working through a few oil well dispute cases lately, and the kind of verification you’re describing sounds like something that could be part of a proper legal compliance chain.
I just wanted to confirm — is the Funds Clearance Letter being issued by the DOJ, or is it being processed through the Office of Financial Oversight? I assume the DOJ would be the one issuing it, but I’d like to be 100% sure about the chain of authority. Also, do you have a specific timeframe in mind for when we might expect the letter? I’ve been trying to balance this with my work schedule, and I’m trying to avoid any delays that could affect the next steps.
Lastly, could you confirm whether the bank details should be submitted *before* or *after* the letter is issued? I’m thinking that maybe the letter itself will include the receiving bank information, but I’d love to double-check that to make sure we’re not sending anything too early.
I’m genuinely excited about this — I’ve been meaning to do something like this for years. My wife used to say I’m too focused on cases and not enough on personal life, but maybe this is a good chance to step back and see what’s out there.
Looking forward to your reply!
